Take a Selfie Without Your Character Showing

Following this guide you'll be able to take pictures like the ones shown above (and below). You can use this method to take blurred shots, or use it to focus on players/actions like shown above.

 

1. Walk up to a wall and walk into it (I usually just keep my thumb pushed up on the left stick).
2. Click the left thumb stick to enter stealth mode. I find this helps a lot as when you don't usually your character's head will be in the way.
3. Bring out your phone and go to Snapmatic.
4. Click the right thumb stick to enter the 'Selfie Mode'.
5. Change your settings. Press LB for 'Depth of Field Effect' (blurred), border, filter, etc.
6. When you're happy with your settings, start moving the camera around so you cannot see your character's head; this can be tricky to get it right and really you just need to play around with it.
7. Once you're happy with the photo, simply take it and you should get a result like posted above.

 

Extra:
- If your character's head is in the way and you can't remove it from adjusting the camera, then slightly adjust the position of your character to either the left or right depending on what you're taking a photo of. You should now find that most of your character's head will now be gone, all you need to do now is tweak the camera angle to completely remove the head from the photo.

 

- Depending on your character's hairstyle, it may show a little in the photo, you can usually use a hat to get rid of this. I need to do it with my character's hair.
