GTAO: Which Pegasus jet is most worth my money?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to which Pegasus jet would be most worth my money as I'm sitting on about a mil and and a half I'd like to blow on something frivolous. I usually don't play in a group larger than 6 so size isn't an issue. I'm more concerned about which jet is fastest/easiest to manoeuvre/easiest to land in a short distance.

 

So, swanky Pegasus customers... What's your preference?

Vestra. The Vestra's engines are pretty much those of a Luxor. Spend the 950k and buy the Vestra. Plus, you can always find the Luxor in Devin Weston's Hanger, so save your money on that end. The only of the Vestra is that It only seats two people when It clearly has seats in the back, but they are unuseable, for whatever reason.

Actually if you know what you are doing it's easy to break a rocket lock while flying a Vesta but it only seats 2 which sucks so if you are planning on flying some friends around get the Luxor

Very short take off but I can't say the same for landing - someone probably has a pic of one parked on the maze bank to prove me wrong though.

 

That said, I never flew the luxhamal much, always preferred the mallard.

Vestra is super fun to fly. Luxor is a waste of money, as it always spawns in Devin Weston's hangar once you reach an appropriate rank.

None of them are worth it. You call for it and it gets delivered to... the airport, where you could find all kinds of airplanes sitting around anyway.

 

Then you get in it and fly where exactly? You could have driven to the other end of the map in the same time it took you to go to the airport and pickup your plane.

 

Best use I've found is trying to crash them into my crew members.

It's quick , maneuverable and can stop on a dime and fly inverted. It can't ascend inverted like the Mallard but it does have two seats.

 

Out of all the planes I own the Cuban 800 is the worst of them, it takes a steady hand and experience to fly, and it can't fly inverted, but it dies have two engines making it the fastest in the propeller class air craft.

Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate the input. You've all inspired me to go with the Vestra, as it never really occurred to me that the Shamal is always at Devins. It's a neat looking little plane and I had intended to blow this money on something before grinding over the weekend for the update.

OP get the Vestra. It's fast and small so you'll have tons of fun doing barrel rolls.

If you're looking for a starter on turbine jets, go with the Vestra. Small, fast, and agile.

 

Now, if you're looking for something to get a Granger full of people to a location in a short amount of time or just wanna feel rich, go with the Luxor.

 

The Shamal isn't much different from the Luxor (considering it's the same model, but with commercial airline liveries), but you can use that too; just without the "rich" feeling.
