My newest, favorite pastime in Los Santos is stunting with my Bruins Bati.

I've been doing it since early on in the game, but lately I've taken it to new heights, reaching higher locations and tricking off things I never tried before.

Also, I'm starting to see "lines" like I used to in the THPS games.

Does anyone have advice on this subject, or locations where there's good lines i should be trying?

Also, if there's a better bike to use, then I'd love to know your thoughts.



It's like a completely separate game, made just for bikes, like Grand Theft Motorcycle, or something!

For those unfamiliar, this video inspires me and is the kind of stuff I aspire to (the boat landing is ridiculous).
(and no, it's not my video or anyone I know... I just dig it, is all!)

jokes aside, I really like jumping around those maze-like streets around madrazo's house sandy shores has lots of ramps aswell!

I tried to do it with a quad. Couldn't even make it to the skate park before getting blown up.

I think bati is best for stunting, but the ruffian is okay too if you prefer the feel of that bike...I feel like the whole city is a stunt play ground...you can get good air pretty much anywhere....I've also seen videos of someone wall riding up buildings to their roofs but ive only managed a few times...need more practice

I stunt a lot. What I try to do is see what buildings I can launch onto with a motorcycle. Sometimes you have to scout out a good line and something to ramp off of.to get to the roof. Only building I can't get out to is most of the high rises.

 

Favorite spots are:

 

▪ Roof of the mall near lsc in the city.

▪ LSI airport, duh

▪ Mount Josiah and chiliad and the whole area in between them

▪the dirt quary

▪ WAREHOUSE area on east end of town.

▪ the docks near semeon exports.

▪ any parking garage.

▪ the alleys in paleto

▪ oil fields

▪

Yeah Bati is just as good for stunting as the Ruffian. Only the Bati is faster. To bad the Double T and Akuma just flat out suck at wheelying.

Yea stunting on a bati 801 is the sh*t. I completed 51 stunt jumps and still trying to attempt a double backflip but i always end up eating the asphalt and paying a visit to the nearest medical facility lol.

I really wish they'd put skateboards in this game. I know it's unnecessary, but stunting about in the BMX's really makes me want to skate in the skate parks and around the city. a huge open world skateboarding game would be amazing...

Does this bike do it easier than the akuma?

Yes. Once that person got in the air you have to keep rocking the bike forward and back again with the left stick. Depending on the curb or fence or hedge or whatever you are jumping you usually have to push down on the ls just before hitting it to get the right wheelie.

 

With the current physics they nerfed the rocking. But they said they would change it back in the next update.

 

 

Bati is best if you need to wheelie the jump but the ruffian works too.

 

Akuma is better for stunts outside the city or ones with small build ups.

 

All the bikes have their own uses for stunting though. I use them all.
