How stupid is your character?

my guy can be a complete stoned idiot half the time. He always has trouble getting into vehicles. For instance, just finished taking out all the agents in RR, trying to board heli, SUV's closing in. I am standing right next to the heli but when I press triangle my character started going for a car like 10 ft away.

Played DM on a rooftop and tried to hide behind cover but he just merrily runs towards the edge and killed himself.

Neither of mine can properly operate vehicle doors. I tried to get in a little playtime before work tonight, spawned in Raton Canyon with my Vigero by me. I walked to the drivers door, pressed Y and watched her walk all the way around the car and stop facing the screen like "What do you expect me to do with this thing?"

 

They have also both been known to leap from a flying helo while I'm not touching the controller(probably the cat sabotaging me). They also bellyflop/faceplant out the helo side door after it is fully landed.

Trying to parachute off of a cliff, my character decides that it'd be a better idea to slide off of the edge, falling to his death, than jumping off of it to start freefalling/parachuting.

My character knows how to fly various military aircrafts,operate a tank alone and shoot a 50cal sniper without breaking his arm while standing.So i guess our characters are way smarter than us.

But they are still dumb enough to think its a good deal for them to kill 30 armed men and steal hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cocaine for the princely sum of $1000 from Gerald

 

 

That ain't the character. It's the guy controlling him who's the dumbass.........oh wait.....yeah my character is dumb.

My guy is a complete spaz, especially in Death Matches. I have him take cover behind a wall, and instead he cuts out in the open to a trash bin across the way. Which usually results in death. He doesn't seem to climb ladders all too well either. As far as Rockstar has come with the GTA games, they really should work on improving the character controls.

He's just different.

 

Sometimes he just stands there, looking around and around with a blank look on his face, sometimes he gets confused and jumps instead of rolling.

 

My biggest issue with him is how he hacks. Damn boy needs to learn you can use a computer without going into "Twerk" position.

My character is kind of crazy when it comes to girls. Every time I try to pick up a hooker, he runs her over instead. He might be the next Lenny from of mice and men.

my character put a sticky bomb on a friend's car to give him a surprise,then got together into the car.A stupid radio channel was playing,my guy tried to change the station but forgot something... :S

My dumb char moment:

 

I was standing ontop of the construction site (High priority case) with a bounty. I decided to walk to the edge to snipe. And when I moved a few steps forward my character thought it was a good idea to slide of and fall to his dead in a painfail way... namely hitting lots of pillars while falling.

hes pretty smart... like his master... hes just very F clumsy... im sick of falling down hills and jumping over walls instead of combat rolling...

 

my dumb char moment is "air thrust" while in a shoot out...

My newest dumb moment for my character.... The dude cannot understand that I want him to jump over the bushes, not slide across them like he's sliding across a '68 Camaro car hood. Was playing the Maze Bank survival, go over to get armor, press square to jump over the bushes, he run-jumps in place 2 times before sliding over the bushes. Thus, taking up precious preparation time and leaving me less than 2 seconds to run for cover. They need a facepalm character action. I'd use it a lot.

My character randomly runs to the wrong cover, as in OP. Also frequently just stands up from cover during a gunfight. Also has to turn in an arc so he has the agility of a drunk.

 

I could blame R* but instead I'll just ramp up my hope for Bethesda.
