Ever heard of Informing your employees of new updates about your game before you let them play the game ABOUT the new update?

Have you never found yourself at your work struggling to remember what something is called? I know I have.

 

Many's a time when I end up saying to someone to gets the slings on that thing over there, I'll put the watchamacallit on the forklft and we'll sling it into the thingmajig or asking if the guddle o' sh*te for whatsit has been delivered by *insertwrongcompanynameorsomethingcontainingswearinghere*. And I'm considered one of the best and most experienced at my work in what I do!

 

Point is, people forget things. Doesn't mean they're bad at what they do.

If you are representing an ENTIRE company AND game for thousands of people, about an update for the game, they can forget things like missions pay outs or mission names, and no one will care much. But if they forget the name of the car that came with the new one, and even confused it with another old car, that will give everyone the impression they don't even know what they're doing.

 

And that can cause a negative image of the developers, when maybe they do even know the names, just the representatives don't.

They can forget things. It's humanly to do so. But if you forget things in the new update when you livestream about the stuff that came with the new update, it's pretty bad.

Were they forgetting things or just not wanting to shout about them? Not that it really matters overly much.
