Merryweather Owned Apartments (idea)

For an extra 250 dollars daily charge and a 1 time 1,000,000 investment, you can buy (400k) an apartment covered at all times by Merrweather guards and a chopper. All hostilities in a one-block radius will always be immediately suppressed. Kills made within the one-block radius by players outside the radius will be hunted until killed by unmarked Merryweather specialists.

 

Essentially, a neutral zone enforced by Merryweather.

The only problem is the apartment isn't a fixed place. The different people can own exactly the same apartment, so what happens when other people in the building want to go into it? They're going to get killed 24/7. And if they weren't killed and got past them they'd be getting free protection just by pure coincidence if they waited inside their apartment.

 

Its a nice idea however to have security guards. Maybe you could adapt your idea to have personal goons and hired bodyguards that role around with you in your personal vehicle. A bit like how in IV you could call Dwayne and have some 'homeboys' stick with Niko when rolling around town. I'd pay for that!

I don't care about the guards, I'd just like a merryweather service where they stock your apt with ammo. Especially those damn Molotovs

Merryweather's Mercs are idiots so I doubt this would be effective.
