Shouldnt the Massacro be a coupe instead of a sports?

1 We have too many sports.

2 Aston Martins are coupes IRL.

3. Most of the Astons in the game are coupes which doesnt include the JB700 due to its age (hence a classic)

 

 

 

Not only do i think that massacro should be infact a coupe but they are focusing way too much on adding supers and sports all the time. Where are the muscles coupes sedans and compacts?

From the looks of it, R* are trying to make a Race-spec car like the Feltzer.

In coupes it would be way too overpowered.

 

Now if you moved the Sultan, Futo, Penumbra, to another class and dubbed it "Tuners" while adding cars to that class, we could get less sports.

Yea the front definitely looks like a jaguar. Didnt even think of it having maserati elements. Interesting. You may be right about maseratis; im gonna have to take a second look now.

 

@Enzo, I have 1 word for you. Semantics.

 

No 1 car company is known for making the same type of class everywhere. Most astons are coupes, most chevys and dodges are muscles, most mazdas toyotas and nissans are sports/tuners. So itd be correct to say that astons represent coupes, no?

 

Besides, Vanquish isnt exactly 100% sports or anything greater. It may be a mix of more than 1 class but its mostly a coupe.

I agree that we have way too many sports, but like Ezza said, the Massacro would be too OP for the coupés class.
I'm just crossing my fingers it's not going to be the fastest sports car and the new 'it' car for racing. We need more middle of the pack cars for crying out loud.

Yea the ocelot jackal looks nearly all Jaguar. As for the f620, the front is most definitely a jaguar. I thought the rear looks like an aston but after snosurfers comment, it may be a mix of a maserati and aston.

I think there are some pretty strong Maserati elements. But considering IRL Jaguar and Aston are both owned by the same people with the same designer being used by both manufacturers, there have been obvious design similarities for a while.

 

As for the game, the cars are often a mix of multiple cars and manufacturers, so my argument for a Maserati influence...

The Ballers are based off land rovers and the cognoscenti and super drop diamond are based of Bentley and rolls Royce. So there's more than 3 British manufacturers for sure.

Vanquish isn't a coupe, it is a grand tourer. Which would slot it in the sports class for GTA.

Everyone needs to understand something, coupe = 2 door car. Just because a car is classified a coupe that doesn't mean it needs to be slower than the sports cars because technically all the cars in sports class are coupes(except sultan). The car classes in this game don't make sense at all, for instance the Dominator(mustang) is a sports car irl because it's a direct competitor with the m3, but no it has to be a muscle car in-game.

But keeping in the line with Rockstars backwards ass decisions, the Massacro should be in sports since it's clearly supposed to be race-prepped, so it'll likely be much faster than anything in the coupe class.

I will assume you are American and have no idea of the origins of this word, which are actually French, and the original spelling is actually coupé. The accent means the pronunciation is like toupee, which also has French links being spelled toupée.

 

Just because one person pronounces a word one way, doesn't mean that way is correct as there are often variations.

I recognized from the massacro photos that it will be made into a GT type car such as the feltzer but that doesnt always mean the car that was transformed into a GT car had to be a sports car initially (since technically a GT can be classified as a sports).
