People killing you then running to their appartment?

How do you handle a situation like this? i go grab my tank and wait outside the frontdoor basically forcing them to leave the session or come outside and meet their fate, 90% of the time it ends up being the latter.

It's the same when you get a bounty too, you drive to your apartment, let people wait outside and then this example could come into place, either way or they leave the lobby.
