You just need a crew of 16 - one player get 5 stars, then the rest should get the same.

Most I've come across was 5 (me and 4 others). This was back in November. We had been killing each other, but it drew the attention of the cops, so the 5 of us focused our attention on them instead.

me and 5 crew members had a FULL HOUR 5 star wanted level battle against cops on top of chilliad without dying and the cops literally stopped spawning and the wanted level eventually goes away. this was like 1.06 update way before the freezing tho. but it turns out you can literally kill every cop in LS because they eventually stop attacking and you lose ya wanted level lmfao

That's just cause the processor can't handle it, Happenss all the time when there are 10 or more in the session and people use tanks. No cops or traffic spawns and then the lobby splits.

For agea I've wanted to test a theory about how much cop action a server can handle. Get a few players at the airport to kick up a stink and get to 5 stars, wait for cops to spawn and level out.

 

Then do the same at Paleto Bay, see if it reduced the cops at one to balance out, or other NPCs, or just lagged the server

I was in a public room with, I think, 8 other players barged down Fort Zancudo and of course everyone have 4 stars. Pretty much the AI was divided and none of them could work properly to catch us.

I know how to do it:

 

One person gets 5 stars, then everyone takes turns entering the vehicle he is driving.

Done it before with 5 players in tanks in the airport, it felt like they threw the same amount of cops they would for 2 players with 5 stars. Also had a full lobby in a carmeet drive into fort zancudo. The game stoped everything, no cops, no pedestrians, no traffic and no parked jets or vehicles until the group got some distance from each other.
