No wonder everyone is broke in this game. They spend all their time on here bitching about stuff that isn't going to happen or is just a non-issue to them. Lets say you've purchased a new house, (in real life), which you were PROMISED came with a toilet from the start, only to find that once you moved in, the toilet was still 'under construction' as it wasn't completed yet.

There's something far wrong if it takes you 7 months to install a cludgy. I'm no plumber but I'm sure I could work it out pretty quickly. Why would a landlord come and ask you to pay for a craper in a house that you have bought? In fact, why would there be a landlord in the first place? You've bought the house so the sh*tter is your responsibility. Your analogy is crap.

Have you never heard of the famous Sink Crappers of Bexhill on Sea? Generation upon generation crapping in sinks handed down from father to son.

 

 

 

 

 

2) I'm no video games designer but I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 5 years and 7 months to install a heists concept into the game. You're missing the point of my analogy, so lets call him the 'Seller of the House' instead, you bought a house off him, he quoted to you that it contained a toilet, but 7 months down the line is charging you for him to come and install a toilet he promised from the start, that is the ridiculous question OP is asking of us, why would we pay for something extra when it was supposed to be as standard?

Would you buy an Xbox Console from GAME or Gamestop or whatever, which was supposed to come with a controller as standard, and then pay the retailer extra for a controller because its now considered 'extra'.

I don't think you know what you are talking about. The Sale of Goods Act states "buyer beware" meaning you inspect what you buy. If you buy a house without a toilet, that's your problem. Why would the guy you bought the house from be hanging around? He'll be long gone after 7 months, especially if your sinks are filled to the brim with sh*t.

 

I don't believe heists were ever part of the original release and were always going to be part of a later DLC.

You misunderstand me, I understood your analogy...I just thought it was a terrible one. No one would buy a house without a working toilet, and sh*t in a sink while waiting for it to be installed.

 

A better analogy using this same house (as the example) is that you bought a house, but discussed with the contractor about an addition being built on as part of your terms of buying the property. You're moved in, but the addition isn't finished as promised, and the after several months, the contractor says he wants more money to finish.
