Question: Are all the High End apartments on Lower floors?

 

I want to move into Del Perro heights but it says 4 next to high end apartment, Is that the 4th floor?, Wouldn't it have made sense to put the high end apartments on a higher floor.

Didn't they say ages ago that the high life update adds new properties etc and that heists were coming in the next update? I swear they announced 2 updates like a month ago, one being high life and the other heists.

4??? That's rediculous. I never planned on getting a new apartment but damn that sucks.

 

I thought they were going to be top floor penthouse suites but they end up looking cheaper than the ones we had before.

I took the risk and just Bought the High End apartment at Del Perro heights, It says 4 next to the name, Which I thought meant 4th floor but it's the highest apartment in that block, You still can't see the beach properly because the view is blocked by the other buildings But It is Higher.

Bought the Richards Majestic new apartment. I regret it the moment I stepped inside the apartment. You got a big building blocking the view.
This becomes even more stupid when you got the beach/ocean to the right, and the golf course to the left. Why did they chose to have the windows pointing towards the only side with a big building on it?

Now I know why they added the face palm action in the game...

Location wise, the Richard Majestic is great. Actually everything is good with it (that's why I bought it). But I had much higher expectations on the view than it provided. As mentioned above, I did some scouting and saw that it could have a view over the golf course, or the beach, but they chose to have it towards the neighboring sky scraper which is almost becoming a deal breaker for me.

 

That view of the Tinsel Tower is amazing. I got the regular one right now, but am considering switching to the new one, and then buy a 'regular' (as in not High Life update) apartment somewhere else. We'll see.

Now, time to find an apartment to replace the new Richard Majestic apt.

The new Richards Majestic apt 2 has the same view as apt 4,the only difference is its interior.My apt 51 is really great,open view of beach and golf course,I'll post photos here in the next minutes
