New apartments. For example, there are more in the tinsel tower. Not sure if "true" new apartments exists however. But the realtor home page has been redesigned, and there are a few places that says "New"

I can confirm that your cars 'remember' which slot they are in when you bring them back to a garage with open slots from transferring cars.

Here's a photo of the locations of the new apartments on the map, along with the new design of Dynasty 8. I don't know if some of them really are new buildings, or just new apartments in existing ones.

Heists will probably come out with it's own individual update like the creator add ons did.
