I hate to say it but I said that the multi property ownership and no contact was pretty much the best actual new things in this update.

 

sucks that there are no new property locations or properties that are worth while.

Check the section beneath the guy with the Rifle on the first page. It says "new wardrobe options, horns and celebrations/taunts"

 

Also, they said they'd announce the release time on the Newswire...which now appears to be inaccessible..

New wardrobe options refers to the new outfits. They didn't lie about anything on the Newswire post.
