It should either be up at 3:01 AM EST (Which is about an hour and a half from now) if not then I suggest you wait at least 5 more hours since they normally have it up in the morning here in New York.. and if that also fails, expect about 15+ hours from now around the afternoon when the PSN store USUALLY updates on Tuesdays (around 5pm EST)
