High Life update - Coming May 13th

After getting another garage up in Sandy Shores (we can only hope), it'll be back to actually working for money to fill it. Hell - The reason Los Santos is the only area that typically has players in it is because that's the only place with garages.

Pretty logical, really. They're only adding 5 to begin with. 2 are confirmed to be in existing buildings (Eclipse and Richards) and the first picture here:

 

All but confirms that the third one is in Tinsel. That only leaves 2 new apartments... Highly doubt that they'd add an entirely new building for two apartments, when there are still four "High-End" apartment buildings that don't have a new one: Weazel, Integrity, Alta and Del Perro.

 

Each "High-End" apartment building has at least two apartment choices in it, so at the very most, they'd only be adding one new apartment building... Just doesn't make sense to me... If they were gonna do new buildings, you'd think they'd do more than one...

 

My guess is, the other two new apartments will be in two of the four buildings that don't currently have any confirmation of having one: Weazel, Integrity, Alta and Del Perro.

 

With it being the "High Life" update, I'd guess it would be the more expensive of the two: Weazel and Integrity. Unless they want to better "balance" the amount of apartments in a building, then it would be two of Integrity, Alta and Del Perro, as Weazel already has three choices, while the others have two.

 

I'd also assume that if R* had meant new apartment buildings, they would have said that, to further publicize the fact... They never did, so my bet is, they'll all be in the already existing buildings... We already have proof that 3 of the 5 are.

Most likely just the available since beginning apartments with added room to choose. And I think, because this is 'High Life', Rockstar added the 5 house at the most top expensive apartment. Hence, Tinsel and Eclipse being mentioned.

Even though there's new one, I won't be expecting out of the town though.

 

Just hopefully, I can buy that little garage at Sandy Shore. I mean, I don't have to buy 'the new' ones to be classified as the 2nd property.

How hard would it have been for them to just say, "Brand New apartment buildings" ?

 

Surely that would generate better interest than merely saying about new apartments in the same buildings ?

ill bet the money of a week that no.....they said eclipse and richard majestic.....that would be really stupid to make another apartment just in front.....i am sure that the one in the newswire image was of tinsel towers that is in front to the boulevard.... They are dumbass......but that level i dont think so...because they sure will be if they waste one of those five in a building just in front with a very similar view...so maybe..... This is Fking garbage, i was hoping for a 10 car near sandy shores or something. Doesn't even need to be an apartment, a basic garage would do.

Not really possible, considering the existing buildings. 6-car, maybe, but there's just nowhere big/swanky enough in Sandy Shores/Paleto Bay/Grapeseed to accommodate a 10-car.

Very possible, doesn't have to be anything fancy. Hell it can look exactly like the plane hangar on sandy air strip, slap a door on it, drive in and all the same damn other 10car garage interiors loads up.

 

I believe someone said all the 10cars share the same file location or some crap which is the reason people were able to glitch inside the 10car and shoot you even though they don't own the same apartment, and when they kill you, you always spawn by the park.

I see a lot of people here and there complaining about the lack of new places where the apartments will be.
Can't imagine the sh!tstorm when they realize that all the 5 new apartments will have the exact same interiors.

There's 6 such buildings - that said, Eclipse already has four options, so I'd guess that the new pads will be shared among Weazel Plaza, Tinsel Towers, Richards Majestic, 3 Alta Street, and Del Perro Heights.

Wouldn't mind a cheap-ish one at Del Perro - the two current ones have the exact same view (albeit from different heights), but if R* puts in a new one with a better view, I'm throwing money at it as soon as humanly possible...

We've been so focused on the "new"apartments like Callisto and the fancy one at the marina, that I forgot how many apartments we already have.I think about moving to Weazel or integrity, nice views over there, and get a second garage in Sandy shores or Paleto bay, too bad the max is only six over there, but I like the locations.

They explicitly said "Eclipse" and Majestic, on the picture is Tinsel, so those have new apartments, probably with a different view.

Now it would really be nice of those have 10 plus car garage, too compensate a smaller garage outside the city, but that's probably not gonna happen.

Why don't you just take a day off? They're being payed for as wel, and you don't have to charge the community (other working people) for something as useless as a videogame.
