They played a pretty important role in political influence over Liberty City, starting from the events of Liberty City stories, till the events of GTAIII, till Salvatore's death. They were pretty organised and were successful in breaking the Forelli, Triads, Sindacco & Sicilian controls over Liberty. Something like that, Leone is the strongest because they got so many people involved they have many businesses and they made Claude work for them, Powerful men Toni and Salvatore. Colombian Cartel well they are the antagonist gang very aggresive they hold up Shoreside Vale themselves they are dangerous throught whole story. Yakuza yeah they make Claude work for them rich gang owns a casino. Still every leader dies so i dont know which is most powerful after the story.
