Banks.
It is funny when Liverpool fans try to make out that United are the only team who have had decisions go there way when Liverpool get plenty of decisions go there way. They also (and Stevie 'me' himself) try to make out Gerrard is a clean player and never dives when he's one of the worst for it. I never said we have never got certain decisions go our way as every team has decisons go there way at times when they shoudln't. However United have gotten so much more than other teams in recent history. As for Gerrard I personally have never said that he has never once dived, so I dont know if 'They' are very common. That being said remind me again who got the most yellows for diving last year Gerrard or Januzaj?Januzaj is a young lad and no denying he had taken a few dives last season but I doubt he will be doing it much now since LvG actually has the bollocks to punish players unlike Moyes. Btw, I'm happy with the Rojo signing. He got in the World Cup team of tournament playing at left wing back when he's actually a centre back so let's see how he does. Edited August 19, 2014 by Tommy. rhyn
Januzaj got a booking last year for diving when he was fouled too, by Howard Webb nonelethess, nobody seems to remember those decisions that go against us though . Anyway not getting booked doesn't mean a player didn't dive, just means they didn't get caught. I'm reserving judgement on Rojo until I see him play a few games. At the very least he'd be a handy back up player for lb and cb. Nlwt and Banks. 2 SRS Incorporated

SouthLand
Barcelona: Fifa rejects appeal against transfer ban Barcelona will be unable to sign players until January 2016 once the current transfer window shuts, after world governing body Fifa rejected the club's appeal against a transfer ban. ddyoung, rhyn and Crokey
Max
Seems a bit fishy that the appeal is rejected right around the time that Barca have probably wrapped up their summer business. I'm glad they're being punished but frankly, it feels as if UEFA have been pretty light on them. rhyn
Nlwt
I really don't understand this transfer ban. Why would it start in 2015 and not in the transfer window that's happening right now? Seems like they can just buy players this transfer window so they're prepared for the next two. Smells of bullsh*t. Vercetti42
I think the transfer ban is pretty good, from a Barcelona perspective. It gives us time to sign players for the next 2 years which in my mind is better than our previous ban that didn't allow us to sign players for this season at all. Whether we make use of it though, is another question entirely.

I cucked Alex Jones
Look on the bright side Max, thanks to FIFA lifting the ban for one transfer window, we now get to witness Suarez and Pepe fights. I said "From a Barcelona perspective" Of course it's weird, but without it we'd probably be even worse than we already are now. Yeah, it's weird how FIFA is lenient with Barcelona but when smaller clubs like Malaga break their rules they bring the hammer down. Wonder why that is? Verdi.
Rojo deal is official anyway. Welcome Solid pickup but he's no Hummels or Benatia. Smart for shipping Nani the other way though. Now all they need is a winger and another strong CM (you know who and you know who, respectively ) My only qualm - couldn't he have just had 'Rojo' on the back? This looks cluttered as f*ck like 'Ander Herrera'. Edited August 20, 2014 by Verdi.
Banks.
Obviously I saw Rojo in the WC for Argentina and he looked a decent player but he was at left wing back throughout the tournement. He might play there for us untill Shaw is fit but will most likely be deployed at CB in the long run.

I saw somebody with a Herrera shirt on today and it looked like the letters were forced on because the name was too long.

He has better potential than Benatia actually, because Benatia is a pure centre back player unlike Rojo who can actually do centre back AND left back. Plus Benatia is 27 now, he doesn't have very long to go, while Rojo is 24 and has a while. We need a defender who can multi-task, and then a proper CB who can lead the back. The problem is, we are in a situation were getting world class players is very difficult. One of the main problems is Ed Woodward who keeps going back and forth with transfer targets every week and the glazer family don't give a sh*t about Uniteds situation. FranklinDeRoosevelt
Sorry for the double post but breaking news... United in talks with Inter to sign Fredy Guarin this summer. This is great news if true, he could be a great replacement for the unsuccessful recruitment of Vidal Oh and Di Maria is willing to join us as well as long as we offer the exact amount PSG are offering him. I reckon he could be a vital CM like he did in Real Madrid.

Banks.
^ That's what I was thinking lol. Where did you hear we were close to signing Guarin? Hopefully we don't sign him, I was reading the Inter forums not long ago and it seems like Inter fans really think he's sh*t. We should be doing everything to get Di Maria.
