The Gardener
QPR imo. The championship and the EPL are soooooooo different. Leicester dominated the championship kind of, to me that's a hint they'll struggle in the EPL. For me, as long as Harry doesn't die QPR could finish 8th-12th place (I won the EPL prediction league, don't argue with me bitch) Leicester will struggle for me. Their manager reeks of EPL failure. Burnley on the other hand are that unpredictable side. They've got some severely underrated individuals and a bad ass manager. On a different note, If Everton sign Lukaku they will finish in the top 4, mark my words. He's a fascinating player and under Roberto Martinez he strives. That is a big IF. Everton are poor. Ross Barkley, John Stones and Lukaku on the same team........oh I'm f*cking shaking at the thought.........

Everton had all those guys last year and didn't manage top four then and they wont finish top 4 this year even if they do get Lukaku. I can see United leapfrogging Everton, so in my opinion best Everton are going to get is 6th.

Martinez has a year on his shoulders, he's a genius imo, along with a few EPL managers, Brenda Rodgers included. I can see both Everton and Liverpool (No dracula), Arsenal and Man Utd battling for 3rd and 4th, City and Chelsea for the title. Max
QPR should stay up given their level of investment, but then we saw how well that worked out for them last time. Leicester and Burnley are pretty unknown quantities at PL level as neither has been at the top table for quite some time so that will either help them or hinder them. I would back Leicester to do better out of the two as they are actually a large club in terms of fans and history and the owners are willing to invest significantly. My tip to go down is Villa. They are showing all the symptoms of gradual decline we and Newcastle showed before our respective relegations: ownership apathy, lack of investment, signing 'over the hill' players and absence of ambition. ddyoung
West Brom, Hull and Burnley to go down I feel. The European Qualifiers will take a toll early on in the season for them. And to be honest, I just don't thin they have the pedigree to saty up, same with West Brom

Der Süden
Sad day for football Germany, Philipp Lahm retires from the natonal team. He keeps on playing in club football. Who could replace him now and get as good as he was on his position? Who will become captain? Edited July 18, 2014 by Preusse
A J
Sad day for football Germany, Philipp Lahm retires from the natonal team. He keeps on playing in club football. Who could replace him now and get as good as he was on his position? Probably no one. Did you know every world cup he has played in, he has always made the 'best team' line up from the tournament. Such a brilliant player can not be replaced. I think Burnley will do best out of the teams to come up, I can see QPR struggling and Leicester will certainly be relegated. Vercetti42
Shame to see Lahm go. Easily the best right back in recent memory. But is it just me or are there barely any excellent right back players? I am still waiting they add new rules in which all dives are punished with a yellow card and, diving in the Goalkeeper's area = Red Card. Cards are still given for dives albeit not as much as they are given for tackles. The problem is it's hard to detect a dive as a ref. Even if you are going to give a card or not give a card for diving, it is still going to cause some controversy.

GTA_stu
Is Chelsea planning on offloading Torres? I sure hope so. We've got rid of Ba, and he was actually alright as a third choice striker. So now we've got Costa, Torres and Lukaku. I could quite easily see all possible scenarios happening. It's possible we'll sell one and keep the other, it's also possible we'll sell them both or keep them both. I'd like us to hang on to Lukaku, he's a got a bright future and he's one of the best young proven strikers in Europe. Torres is bad news every way you look at him though, I really hope we sell him. sh*t c*nt.
