Welbeck is a right winger? Last time I checked he was a striker.

 

The thing is with young strikers, they need a good run of games. He obviously has potential and talent which he showed against the best teams in the world but he just doesn't seem to get a run of games. Similar to Sturridge, showed talent and potential at City/Chelsea but didn't get a run of games up front. Goes to Liverpool and we've seen what he's done there.

If that's the reason why then Moyes isnt the right guy to do the job. If he's worried of the big personalities do you agree he needs to go then? (I personally would love to see Moyes stay)

 

Fergie had no problem dropping Rooney because he knew he had to do it when needed and it was best for the team.

Mathematically impossible for Manutd to get 4th now. Well at least this takes some of the edge off yesterday. Utd definitely need to sack Moyes. How can you take a club as big as Manutd from being champions to 6-7th in one season and expect to keep your job. His transfer dealings were abysmal too, not all his fault but he still needs to take some responsibility.

If Pellegrini doesn't win the league and United sack Moyes, I think a perfect fit for Moyes would be at City. He's got United further in the CL than Pellegrini did and that's the one trophy we know your owners really want.

I honestly don't know why people still care about United's season anymore. It's been over for sometime now, I'm more interested in seeing their new young squad next season when players like William Carvalho come in. I love watching young players since they are a lot more fast and athletic.

Most people don't see the point in the Europa League. Not that it's beneath us or we don't deserve to be in it (if we qualify) because it's exactly where we deserve to be under David Moyes. I actually want to be in the Europa League now, UEFA are bringing in a new rule that the winner qualifies for CL the following season.

 

It doesn't look like David Moyes is the man for the job. I would like to see him have this summer to bring in new players and shift off some deadwood though but I wouldn't say I'm 100% confident that we'll be back to our old selves next season. I've always said that I will stand behind David Moyes and give him till Christmas. If there isn't any big improvements by then well there's no doubt that he has to go.

 

Jurgen Klopp would be my choice to replace Moyes or Fergie could always come out of retirement to do what he does best. Knock Liverpool back down to mid-table mediocrity

I never remember that happening. I was watching the game and didn't see any of him celebrating. The only ones celebrating were some of the dumbass fans. I'm pretty sure the whole thing with Fergie celebrating was made up..

 

@AceKingston: Because it's our worst ever season in the Premier League and the teams that are going to win f*ck all like we have this season have to have something to cheer about. Also those that care more about United doing poorly than their own team succeeding is incredibly laughable anyway. People don't realise we're not going to be in this mess forever, so let people laugh whilst they can. Also it's understandable and we can take it is if another team like Chelsea, City, Liverpool or whatever was in this situation, we'd be ripping them apart all season long anyway.
