Yeah, no way the wheels have come off. They've just won the League cup, they have 3 games in hand against Chelsea and now they're out of the FA cup (and likely the Champion's League) they can focus entirely on the league.

Milan pulled off an amazing come back last season. They jumped from 8th or 9th to 3rd place. The maximum United can get is 78 points if they win all their games from now on, there is still a slight ray of hope for United.

Even if Utd win every game, which they won't, it's still possible for Liverpool and Arsenal to pick up 19-20 points from 30 which would shut out Utd from the top 4 (assuming Chelsea and Man City don't completely implode), regardless of what magic they can pull off. They've still got Man City and Liverpool to play, as well as tough away games at Southampton, Newcastle and Everton. The only way Manutd will be playing CL football next season is if they win it this season.

Actually, I feel Liverpool will be third as Arsenal have the harder schedule playing: Man City (H), Tottenham (A), Everton (A), Chelsea (A) and Hull (A)

 

United have it way harder than us either way in the coming weeks and to make up for another 11 points? Yeah, the odds are very very very low.

Maybe it does. Barça lost against Real Valladolid which is a weak team in La Liga. FCB are not in good shape. If ManCity decides to play hard, they can defeat Barça.

I was winning 2-1 and domminating him, hit the post twice and 90" minute I try to cut in and shoot, and I went past all his players but my team mates decides to stand infront of me and the ball hits the back of his leg and loses possession and he counters me and scores a sweaty goal. It came to extra time and he scores a goal where his midget striker heads it and my keeper pushes back to his player and scores. The final results was 2-3. This was the most frustrating match ever fml

Keepers aren't the problem, Costel and Joe are good, it's the defense which is shaky. Kompany is great, and Zabaletta is a beast, but the rest are a little off, Lescott would be good if he was given a run, same for Richards, Demichelis is a liability and Nastasic is still a little green a needs a little more time and some confidence.

@Crokey: Demi is diabolical, Lescott is average imo but deserves a spot above Demi. Richards is decent but he's rarely going to get the nod over Zabaleta. As for Nastastic, I don't see a great deal in him tbh.
