This game (West Ham v Arsenal) has been very very open since the start of the second half. Arsenal seem to be bossing it a little more in the last 5 mins or so though. Hopefully West Ham can cling on or nick one.

Arsenal has gone from on fire to seemingly unable to get a result. It is like history repeating itself.

 

I do agree that United's main test will be when they play against other top level teams. It is to be expected that they will win against teams like Hull, Stoke, ETC. They need to pick up wins vs the Evertons, Arsenals, Chelseas, Liverpools, Citys, and even Spurs to get up in the top 3.

Arsenal just taken off Ozil and I have to say the past 3 - 4 games he has been very mediocore, not worth the £42 million so far that Arsenal did pay for him.

I actually agree. He started off amazing in his first couple of games. I'm not sure where he has been for the past few weeks. Usually it is the opposite - A player starts off mediocre then gels and starts doing well. He seems to be fading more and more with each game that goes by.

Palace out of the relegation zone and West Ham now down there. Everton and Spurs dropping points. Now just waiting for Liverpool to hammer City 15 - 1. (Yes I thought i'd be generous and give City atleast one goal, it is Christmas after all)

Funny that Neville and Carragher rated Tim Howard as the best goalie of the season yesterday on Sky and now he's seen red and cost Everton points.

Saving the best game til last hopefully. Been plenty of action, laughed my arse off at Stoke and West Spam just crumbled. Also great to see Everton lose at home.

 

@theadmiral: I thought the exact same about Tim Howard. I thought Krul or Mignolet could have been there instead of Howard and then he goes and f*cks everything up.

@Shoumic yeah, Nathan's was funny just in the "Oh, got burned on your punt" way. The other one was funny, but in a very different, sad, pathetic way.

 

I hope it now is a 0-0 draw so I can pitch a tantrum them come back with my tail between my legs.

 

@Rhyn - He is a classy guy (Pellegrini). I am supporting Liverpool for this game but I am skeptical of their chances to be honest.

I dont like the fact that Pellegrini complained about the Christmas period earlier, you knew it was that way when you signed to manage City. This is the way we run our league in England if you dont like it go and manage in another country. Sick of this sh*t every year from a foreign manager.
