Hodgey.
Well did Soldado score or not? Well yesterday I scored with him in FIFA, does that count? I'd say yes, he needs all the help he can get. When is the final of the CoC? Say if it was a Manchester final, a lot can change between now and then. Oh it can. Ronaldo and Fabregas will be playing for David Moyes. Title challenge back on. Ashley Young is literally Messi. Moyes will be president of the world. Rodgers will still be an ugly c*nt. Scouse still be bitter and United will still be on 20. Actually a lot can stay the same. And United fans claim we talk about and bring United up way to much in this topic. Yet they seem to love to bring us up recently. Just saying.

Hodgey.
Any more news on who is going to take over at Spurs? Only heard Hoddle and De Boers name being mentioned atm. For me I dont see why De Boer would leave Ajax for Spurs and dont think Hoddle would be any good as he has been out of management since the mid 2000's I think. A J
De Boer is the bookies favourite, but I have no idea either, why he would leave Ajax for Spurs. Wouldn't be surprised if Laudrup, got offered the job.
Hodgey.
Well looks like not only will Spurs be looking for a new manager but Cardiff will soon http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25457024 Wont be surprised if Vincent Tan names himself as the next Cardiff manager. Banks.
What a c*nt Vincent Tan is. Malky Mackay is a good manager and if Tan let him do his job then they would most likely be in a better position right now.
Nlwt
That Tan guy sounds like a 'reeyt c*nt. Mackay doesn't deserve all that criticism. I mean what more do you want exactly? Cardiff are 15th at the moment and 4 points above the drop, can't ask for much more really, I think Cardiff will probably end the season around that position anyway. -------------------- Wilshere to serve 2 match ban for his gesture the other weekend. So for those bitters that were saying he won't get anything because he isn't Suarez and he got a 1 match ban for a similar thing, well there you go. So for those bitters that were saying he won't get anything because he isn't Suarez and he got a 1 match ban for a similar thing, well there you go. I think one game would of been enough. I know you have to take each case individually but the Wilshere and Suarez finger are pretty much the same. So IMO they should be consistent and hand out a one match ban on a consistent basis or a two match ban on a consistent basis. If you keep swapping them, then the next time this happens and you either give a lower or higher ban people will always look back at similar incidents before. This just causes a grey area and a bit of a mess. A J

Max
I'd have Malky at West Ham in a second. Good manager, former Hammer, seems like a good bloke with a good footballing head and a backbone. Has there been any talk of Big Sam's job being under threat? @Tommy: 13th? What the feck for? Has there been any talk? It's essentially all that is spoken about on the West Ham forums. The man has done a job for us, fine, he got us up and kept us up at the first time of asking. But he's literally impossible to like. You have to remember that we are a club with strong traditions of playing football the right way and I can tell you the Big Sam way is wearing thin. What's more is that he's been caught short this season, we've gone backwards. He is arrogant, he lies to fans and tries to justify poor performances with meaningless stats. He serves up unimaginative dross week in week out with his pet Nolan. His transfer dealings last summer were terrible and have left us worryingly thin. He ignores the youth completely, we have no credible striker this year, that has been well documented. But did you know our U21s are absolutely bossing their league and we have a young striker called Elliot Lee who is banging them in? Give him a chance. People say 'Big Sam has never been relegated' but that is yet another meaningless stat, no manager has taken a team down until they take one down. I'm willing to give him a bit more time, hopefully the Tott*nham result will give the team a lift. But if things don't start picking up in the league then he has to go. And with credible alternatives like Solsjkaer, Di Matteo, Steve Clarke and maybe Malky waiting in the wings our patience is rapidly running out. Shoumaker
If West ham survive the relegation battle I cannot see Big Sam being sacked any time soon which would be terrible for the future of the club, the only way he'd go down with the way things are going is if West Ham actually get relegated which could be better long term given you guys hire a better manager but you know, you guys would still be relegated. He should get sacked as soon as possible, Look at the Bolton and Blackburn teams he left behind, squads that couldn't play football, and then subsequent managers couldn't prevent the inevitable. At home vs Sunderland, the hammers had less than 40% possession. He's slowly turning West Ham into Bolton.
Max
Agreed AJ Lee, the owners see BS as a safe pair of hands until we move to the Olympic Stadium, but that is a dangerous position. We have some really talented players and I'm worried that he is slowly coaching the genuine skill out of them. @Shoumic: There is absolutely not positive outcome if we get relegated. With the OS move around the corner and no guarantee that we'd come straight back up we'd be f*cked. The owners kept faith with Uncle Avram last time Around and look what that got us. Unless things pick up very, very soon Big Sam must go.

Shoumaker
And I agree with both AJ and Max. But I've heard absolutely no reports of Sam Allardyce being sacked, ones that are good enough anyway and I can imagine the owners of the club will keep faith with Allardyce as it as happened before as you said with Avram Grant. Allardyce should be sacked if they don't start winning but all I'm saying is I can imagine West Ham keeping him until they just have to get rid of him, things could be a lot worse by then. Hodgey.
From a outside standpoint I dont understand why a West Ham fan would want Big Sam fired. I understand that his style of football is very old school and not the best to watch but I would want a manager that could stablise this team as a Prem League outfit for 2 - 3 years before I would bring in a younger manager or a inexperienced manager into the Prem that perhaps would play a better style of football. You cant deny Big Sam's record at keeping teams away from the relegation zone and dont see any difference this year. I think by Feb or March West Ham will pretty much be safe from relegation. Then if West Ham feel a need for change at the manager position then do it during the off season so the new manager can bring in his own players and have time to work with them in pre season, rather than bringing in a manager now who would have to work with the players Big Sam wanted rather than his own. (That being said I dont know if there is other reasons other than current results and performance that the West Ham fans are unhappy with him. Plus I call him Big Sam as im unsure how to spell his last name properly) Edited December 20, 2013 by Hodgey.
