LanceVanceDance07
Gareth Bale made Maicon and the Inter defence his b*tches during that game...crazy performance from him. Obviously great performance by Spurs, atmosphere sounded fantastic, well, coming from my television. Inter only barely showed up in the late second half. Van der Vaart was also immense for the first half, I guess there really is only one Rafa...

SIKKS66
that would not have happened under mourinho. simple as What, Mourinho would have put some better right-back than Maicon on to compete with Bale? Can't blame Benitez really... Can laugh though. If Madrid buy Bale next summer, sweet jesus that will make that team near on perfect. Bale and Ronaldo in one team

We all thought Mourinho was dismissing Milan's attack to spite his opponents... Turns out he was being quite literal.
Seddo
Pippo Inzaghi is a quality finisher, shame he has loads of offside offences in each match, i'm pretty sure he was born offside. Thought Ronaldo had gone past his play acting phase, unless it's just becuase i haven't seen much La Liga football. Thought Ronaldo had gone past his play acting phase, unless it's just becuase i haven't seen much La Liga football. He hasn't done it much lately in La Liga but that's mostly because Real Madrid have yet to face a competent team. His acting comes into play vs tough teams where he can't perform properly, lol. Hopefully Barcelona will demolish Madrid come El Clasico. I would love to see Villa shut Mourinho up.

Bates_GTA
When he came on, he gave the ball away so many times, i did wonder if he was going to do anything, But just chasing that one poor back pass & it turned the whole Liverpool team on, Shows what one players enthusiasm can do. Loved watching those Italian Hooligans get SHH'd by Gerrard

nerner
What a goal by Torres! Although I assume that Howard Webb will have a bit to answer for after this match. In my opinion it was a poor decision by him which led to the second Torres goal.

3minty3
Disappointing. Admittedly we were missing Lampard, Essien and partially Drogba which is why we were poor going forward. But on paper we still shouldv'e won. However on the day Liverpool did enough to beat us. Still, top of the league with 2 points with a far superior goal difference, playing Sunderland next who havn't won away (yet). Could Be worse. Seddo
Now i've got to put up with the bitter kopite bastards on facebook acting like they won the league, cheers chelsea. Just because you couldn't beat Blackpool.....oh wait never mind . Easy win like i said a few pages back, lol no, proper sh*tting myself towards the end as i just knew we were going to sit back. Pretty solid performance from everyone today with Pepe making some vital saves again. And Torres, he's back baby.
3minty3
And Torres, he's back baby. What p*sses me off is the fact that I wanted liverpool and Torres in particular to get into form as they are the one team from "the big four" (ha), aside from Chelsea, that I actually liked. Last time I hope for something like that again.

Waddy
Well thanks Liverpool I really didn't expect 2-0 Liverpool and I certainly didn't expect 2 goals from Torres. Torres was always going to regain his form, he is a world class striker. Just in time for the Jan transfer window... I liked how Arsenal and Chelsea got beat, spices the table up a little bit which is great for the neutral.
SilentSeas
An interesting idea from Tony Pulis: Stoke manager Tony Pulis has advocated the introduction of a relegation system for referees to stop poor decisions.Pulis was angry Stoke were denied a penalty on Saturday when Sunderland's Lee Cattermole appeared to handle Kenwyne Jones' header on the goal-line. And he told BBC Radio 5 live: "Every club should have one vote [annually] and mark referees after every game. "Then they have a chance of being relegated to the Championship. It would be a great system." Pulis said that after the game at the Stadium of Light, which Stoke lost 2-0, his players were totally despondent after they felt they were on the wrong end of another example of bad refereeing. During Stoke's previous Premier League game against Everton, which the Potters lost 1-0, Tuncay had a goal disallowed for a push on Leighton Baines with the score at 0-0 - a decision Pulis, at the time, called "very, very poor". Pulis added: "People say you can't help certain officials being a little biased towards bigger clubs. They don't go out with it in their minds but they tend to do it." As well as seeing the worst-performing referees from the Premier League going down, Pulis would like to see the top-performing Championship officials promoted. He said: "If the top three [referees] in the Championship got the opportunity to work at the top level, I think it would certainly clear a few referees' minds." The Professional Game Match Officials board, which looks after the referees, pointed out that clubs and managers get the opportunity to assess officials after every game. They also said there is no such thing as a Premier League list of referees, with officials for all matches being drawn from the select group list that is sent out every Monday. Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp told BBC Radio 5 live that he thought Pulis's idea was "worth looking at". I agree that something needs to be done but simply pushing the refs who make mistakes down the league pyramid isn't going to help anyone.
The Killa
f*ck off Howard Webb to Conference National, then. Something like that would be interesting yet I'd agree pushing them down leagues may not be the way to go. Yet I still think it could all be solved with instant replay. Works so well in American sports and incorrect calls get reversed all the time. It's fair play.
