Probably not unless they have a replacement in place. £25M is just a starting price anyway, it will probably go up to £35M and I can maybe see Barca accepting that if they have somebody who is good enough to come in. I'm hearing Barca need money for a centre back too so there is a chance they will sell him. Just wish he wasn't so loyal to Arsenal

I personally haven't seen much of him. Seen him in the odd game and he looked decent but I think Negredo is better despite him being older. Seems more of a goalscorer than Jovetic.

 

So apparently Fabregas is not for sale. They haven't rejected the bid yet so maybe it is under consideration but we were never going to get him for £25M anyway. It's going to be around the £35M mark to stand a chance.

I watch a ton of Serie A and he's never really stuck out to me as much as people rate him, especially the price tag he gets. As Tommy said, Negredo despite being older is a better player than Jovetic.

I heard it's around £21M? Not bad at all for that price.

More than anything, I wish this Garay transfer would piss off. Loads of sources are saying we've signed him but not official yet. It's been like this for god knows how long!

Fabregas will not be leaving Barca, not this season and probably not ever. If he does leave, I highly doubt he would come back to the Premiership, and doubt even more that he'd go to Manutd. Barca was his dream club where all his childhood friends live and where he and his family are happy. It's his hometown club where he grew up. And he got to move back there.

 

Xavi will be retiring soon you'd imagine. Barca need him, and he's happy there. I see the chances of him moving away being slim to none. Not to mention, he's been playing a sh*t load of games for Barca, don't know where this is coming from that he hardly gets played. I doubt they're desperate for cash anyways, and would they really go to the lengths of selling one of their most crucial players just so they can buy a CB?

 

He ain't going nowhere.
