Vidic will not be playing on Sunday, I can almost guarantee it. He might get 45 against Sunderland the week after but he won't play on Sunday. Especially with no games under his belt and him telling S.A.F that he still needed a couple of days and didn't want to play tonight. Unless something goes horribly wrong of course

and what the flying f*ck? - chelsea win 6-1 and still go out classic. I thought they had it cos of goal difference (I bet they did too if they went all out to get 6 goals) but it is a different set or rules

Shaktar got through on f*cking away goals scored in the games against chelsea (it was 4-4 I think)

f*ck that must make some fans pissed especially as some won't know why they are out.

I just had some fun before the CL games started and played CL by using a dice and excel, and that was the outcome, now that the groups have been played I thought I post it and show it.

Looks like UEFA just announced that Euro 2020 will not be hosted by one country and will now be staged across many of Europe's cities. Only one of the people from the committee thing rejected that idea and that was someone from Turkey - as they were trying to win being main host .

 

Major ball ache for the fans though.

If it's a one-off affair, to give countries that might not otherwise get to hold it on their own or jointly with a neighbour, then fine. But if they are keeping it as a full time affair then they may as well bury the trophy on the effing moon cause as Seddo pointed out it's going to be a ball ache for the fans, as the reason why the Euro's have been so popular in the past and still is, is that fans can go to one country and see what that country has to offer without spending so much money on traveling, and that country can invest money on making it a trip to remember so people can go back there. Now it's just going to turn into standard European away days like we already get with the Champions League and Europe League and weekend style City Breaks which people won't get time to spend looking around the sites etc.

 

Plus it's not only the fans, the teams as well, they'll have to travel everywhere as well, and they already do enough of that during the season before playing for their clubs, plus if we get any storms or flight delays etc, then that throws the whole match schedule out the window.

 

Now I've just thought of those problems within 5 minutes, these planks in charge at UEFA have probably had months to disregard them, no wonder people don't give a f*ck about international football as much as they used to.
