Seddo
Liverpool have given Barca until Sunday for Masch, he has really gone down in my book with refusing to play etc. Hope he f*cks off now and becomes sh*t. The way they've gone about trying to sign Fabregas and Mascherano is ridiculous, even the players are getting involved in the media. Hope they win f*ck all this year and Madrid give them a few spankings. I would rather have Hapoel Tel Aviv. No you wouldn't. You would be best off avoiding a sh*tty trip to Israel. Mand'alor
Yeah the Barcelona players really are c*nts in the media with regards to their transfer targets. I think it saw it in the Daily Mail this morning where Messi was 'pleading' with Liverpool to the 'humane' thing and let Mascherano leave. I too also hope Mourinho wipes the floor with them this year and gets rid of their holier than thou status they seem to have of themselves. With regards to the CL draw later I really want United to meet Madrid in the group stages, I don't know why. And no way would I want a trip to Israel. Edit: We have gotten a relatively easy group on paper: Valencia, Rangers and Bursaspor. Don't see us not progressing from that. Poor Spurs! Inter Milan, Werder Bremen and FC Twente. DanManUtd
CL groups: Group A: Inter Milan, Werder Bremen, TOTTENHAM, FC Twente Group B: Lyon, Benfica, Schalke, Hapoel Tel Aviv Group C: MANCHESTER UNITED, Valencia, RANGERS, Bursaspor Group D: FC Barcelona, Panathinaikos, FC Copenhagen, Rubin Kazan Group E: Bayern Munich, AS Roma, FC Basel, CFR Cluj Group F: CHELSEA, Marseille, Spartak Moscow, MSK Zilina Group G: AC Milan, Real Madrid, Ajax, Auxerre Group H: ARSENAL, Shakhtar Donetsk, SC Braga, FK Partisan ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tbf I think all the English teams can qualify, although I haven't seen much of Werder. I think Group B's the hardest 'cos I can't see a clear winner or even second place (bar Tel Aviv)
King Of Monra
Group G = Group of death. Tottenham will need alot of luck if they are to get past their group. Arsenal, Manu, chelsea got lucky with their groups, again. To shakthar are strong at home.

Der_Don
...although I haven't seen much of Werder. Extremely good in attacking and scoring goals (even without Özil). Extremely poor in defending. I haven't seen such a bad defense in years (Mertesacker is a good player though). Group G is a sweet one

Waddy
COME ON INTER, BREMEN AND TWENTE!! seriously , could we have got an easier group ? Lets see if you're saying that a few games in? The easy groups always hold some suprises. All the teams in the CL are capable of putting up a good game over 2 legs so we will see. Seems a bit strange without LFC in there... Straznicy
Celtic are getting royally f*cked over by the referee in this game. Two penalties given to Utrecht within the first 20 minutes, the first one was absolutely a dive and the second is questionable.
Canoxa
I'm sorry, Liam, but I'd laugh to see Liverpool out of the Europa Cup. Saved by an own goal. Sporting put out and amazing game and won three nil over Brondby, thus going through.

AnthMUFC-Champs
COME ON INTER, BREMEN AND TWENTE!! seriously , could we have got an easier group ? No offense at all mate but it really f*cking annoys me how Arsenal get the easiest group nearly every year in my opinion. Today i said that Arsenal would get an easy one and they did it is really strange why that always happens. Anyway we have got a very tricky group as you never know team will turn up with Rangers and Valencia and with the Turkish side a trip there is always difficult. Meh we weren't under to much pressure, although once again it was a sh*t first half performance and got slighty better in the second half when Babel and Pacheco come on. Still not liking the two defensive midfielders and Kuyt on the right though.

Ari Gold
Partizan drew 0-0 at home with Real Madrid when they were last in the Champions League group stage; any teams playing away in the Balkans at regional giants find it difficult since the ultras there are quite, well, "ultra" fanatic. If Arsenal are stuck with Almunia and don't sign Schwarzer, then I can imagine the Grobari won't be handing too many favours to him while he's keeping. Yeah man, I've seen a few highlights of the major Croatian and Serbian derbys last season, and my God these supporters were just f*cking mental, absolute lunacy, though I gotta admit it truly is a sight to behold. Much respect to the ultras movement over there and the world. As for the group stage, I'm generally happy with United's group, but you can't take anything away from the other teams in the group. Also safe to say that any group that had Real Madrid in it would be the "Group Of Death".
Ari Gold
Man United's group is actually quite challenging; Valencia and Rangers are both top European teams and certainly won't be easy to beat on their home grounds. Group G would be the cream of the crop, in my opinion, considering that all four teams have made it to the final/won the European Cup before. And yeah, they're completely fanatical. I went to a Red Star Belgrade match when they were playing away to a mid-table team a few years ago, and the atmosphere there was just incredible. The other team didn't even have any ultras, the Delije pretty much owned the stadium.
Waddy
Looks like terms for Mach have been agreed between LFC and barca. Good news for the reds getting rid of a big value player who didnt want to stay at the club anyway. Now its just to see if Woy gets the money to spend. Didnt I see somewhere that the American owners had to pay 20m off in interest some time soon?

Canoxa
As some of the comments on the site point out, he went a bit overboard. There are always surprises. However, the bulk of the article is right. It isn't just the UEFA, though, the whole FIFA uses this seeding system. Edit - So, no one saw the Supercup match? Inter was whipped.
