Der_Don
Just watching the CL-Playoff-Draw: Bremen - Sampdoria Genua (will be tough one for Werder) Young Boys Bern - Tottenham (easy one here for Tottenham)
Lethal Nizzle
Should be an easy game, 'Arry should give some of our own Young Boys a go. Also, anyone got information on a Yannick Djaló, from Sporting? 'Arry's apparently put £6m on the table for him, and it looks like he might be on his way. I hope its not another dead-end for transfer targets, as we've been linked with nearly every player there is this summer, but failed to sign. TommyMufc-Champs
Yes easy draw for Spurs but the Young Boys did beat Fenerbahce and Fenerbahce were at home. You cant right them off.
Hodgey.
Yes, also looks like a easy draw for Liverpool, few people saying it may be tricky but we should definetly pull out two wins against these guys.

lloydo
Damn Derby! I'd say this will be a great season with Leeds in the Championship.
Seddo
The Leeds-Derby game seemed to play out like a cup game, it didn't feel like a league game at all. If you can't tell by the looks then you can easily tell who Kasper's father was with all those star jump saves , pulled off some quality saves today, especially that double save towards the end. Leeds seem to lack a bit of firepower today and couldn't really get going, there crossing was quite poor today as well. Some shocks all through the leagues today really. TommyMufc-Champs
Kasper Is a brilliant keeper, like his dad. I think we should sign that kid up, he definitely has potential and when Van Der Sar retires bring him In!

TommyMufc-Champs
Sir Alex Ferguson was at the Fulham V Werder Bremen. Ozil came on as a second half sub, looks like we will be signing him. I hope we beat Chelsea to set a marker.

I hope we beat Chelsea to set a marker. That was a piss poor performance by bremen. 5-1 against Fulham Oh, i see Philipp Degen returns to the Bundesliga from Liverpool. He's mabye one of the most overrated players in BL-history. I never liked him (he played for Dortmund from 05-08).

Lethal Nizzle
Went to watch Cardiff vs. Sheffield United earlier, good result for City (1-1). Sheffield went one man down when Lowton (sp) went in two feet high on K-Mac, instant red and a bit of a scrap. Also, the Blades keeper was such a time-wasting c*nt! mrpain
I'm surprised United played well today. Hernandez really got some talent. I could see him working with all three strikers (Owen, Rooney and Berbatov) His goal made me laugh though.
Mand'alor
A fine display by the team today. Berbatov is gong to have a good season I think and Valencia continues to get better and better. Chicharito's goal was hilarious. Best debut goal ever.

3minty3
Hey guys, stupid question. Why was Hernandez name Chikorita or whatever on his shirt? It's his nickname, means little pea. Lots of footballers have their nicknames instead of their real name, like Ronaldinho. Ronaldinho is so called because his name was originally Ronaldo, but two other players in his team were also called Ronaldo, so as the smallest he became Ronaldinho, the oldest became Ronaldáo and the one in the middle stayed the same. Anyway, Bristol City look sharp in preseason... Nice way to kick things off, 3-0 at home. Cool beans.

Brown Sugar
I just found out Martin O'Neill has resigned as astonvilla manager, i'm really disappointed as I am an aston villa fan myself and I am shocked as i dont know why he would just decide to leave. Now i really dont have a good feeling about this season since it looks like Milner is going to Man City and we havent even signed anybody this season

Bates_GTA
http://www.avfc.co.uk/page/ClubNewsDetail/...2116445,00.html Wow, we're f*cked big time. Obviously somethings taken it's toll & he's had enough, i reckon it's lack of funds available from Lerner, but that is no reason to leave us completely high & dry 5 days before the start of the season. Bob Bradley Martin Jol 2 Managers already been mentioned.
