Hate to say it but some of the Portuguese players have "reputations" that the Czech players don't. Also, Webb's dealt with both Ronaldo and Nani so he's more aware of their actions.

It was a great game. The victory of Portugal is pretty obvious, considering all the opportunities of Ronaldo. The semi finals will be indeed interesting, but now we've got three more quarters that will be just as good.

I find the Czech defense to be very similar to the Greece and Germany ones,so if we managed to pull through their defense and their nearly 2 m tall goalkeeper,not all is lost.

Have you ever seen that video where they test Ronaldo in different aspects of his game? he's a machine, jumps like basketball players, near enough matching a top Spanish athlete in running and he's scoring goals in pitch black darkness.

 

I'll see if i can find it on Youtube for anyone.

Nah I sorta didn't explain what I meant to say.

 

What I meant was he can crop up with a bit of play or a goal in important matches. Like earning and scoring the Peno at the last against Spurs, scoring a cracker against Sunderland which got us back into the match and earned us a draw (Who knew what a vital point that turned out to be) and against QPR he showed strength holding the ball up and then determination to go to ground to slide it through to Kun.
