Hazard's decided (Said himself on twitter)...Yet to say which time angry.gif By saying playing time and position were factors in this decision, to me that said he sorta wanted to go/is going to City because out of the three teams, City are the only ones he probably wouldn't get starting all the time with, possibly the reason he has brought up the issue.

But I'm probably reading too much into it. whatsthat.gif

Any word on RVP? Lot of people telling me today, "He's nearly signed for youse", however haven't see anything on this leaving me none the wiser. Hope he stays at Arsenal.

A true fan. Proud to say I've done some of the things on your list, but for City. Never mind the likes of Balotelli or Kun, I was jumping with joy when I got photos with Shaun Goater or Paul Dickov in the old Division 2 (nPower League 1 now). Glad to see you guys back in the EPL.

Thanks mate. I would say 'back where we belong' but we deserved to get relegated in 2011, we were awful. Can't wait for this year but it will be a tough season. You'll see me at the Ethiad though, I'll be the one going mental in Claret and Blue tounge.gif

I see you've tactfully avoided my post NateShaw92. Nothing to say?

I can't really see RVP going anywhere; I'd like to see him stay at Arsenal.

Regarding the Hazard issue, he's just attention seeking. I think he will end up at Chelsea or City if I'm honest.

Well if we were hoping for an advert for penalties the League 1 play-off was definitely not it.

that was the truest advert for shootouts there can be and the fact you don't think so shows you do not understnad shootouts, do not understand anything about this debate about them and sdo not understand football

for a fan they are hell (if your team is involved) if you are neutral they can be "pointless" but ewhen i am neutral i get some sadistic pleasure from them, when i am a fan of one of the teams... there is not an equivilent in sport for the nerves and drama

Firstly, learn to spell.

Secondly, I'm a fan of penalty shoot-outs; I was merely pointing out that that one was f*cking dire. Which it was, and no, I understand that is no reflection of Huddersfield as a club, so don't jump the gun and assume any criticism means I'm slagging off your team.

Thirdly, you've jumped to the conclusion that I ''do not understnad shootouts, do not understand anything about this debate about them and sdo not understand football'' well I've mentioned my feelings about shoot-outs, so we can discount that first part, but how, exactly, have you managed to assume I understand nothing about football or the penalty shoot-out debate from me saying that it was a sh*t game, lacking in quality, summed up by a penalty shoot-out...also lacking in quality?

From what I understand, you, a part-time fan for both Manchester United and Huddersfield, are telling me I know nothing about the game I love based on absolutely no previous knowledge about me or my views on football. So let me fill you in on some details:

-I'm a West Ham fan

-Season ticket holder through 2 relegations and 2 promotions. That's nearly 10 seasons with a season ticket by the way, if we're counting.

-I've been to 2 play-off finals and an FA cup final at the Millenium Stadium and the Weekend before last I shelled out about £170 to get me and my little brother tickets to Wembley.

-I've seen my team lose on penalties and I'm not ashamed to say I cried.

-This season alone I've pissed my student loan away for the privilege of watching West Ham away at sh*tholes including, but not limited to: the KC Stadium, Turf Moor, Elland Road, Hillsborough, The Keep Moat Stadium and the Madejski.

-I like open, free-flowing attacking football with an emphasis on pacey wing play and midfielders with the ability to create. (Sadly lacking under Big Sam)

-On Football Manager I like to set me team up in a fluid 4-4-2.

-I'll always buy the program but that's more because my brother likes to collect them.

-One of my life ambitions is to meet Dean Ashton and shake his hand.

-Oh, and I thought Howard Webb had a stormer in the 2010 final in a tough game.

Does that help at all? Hopefully next time you want to question my understanding of, or commitment to Football you'll be far more informed. Good luck next season splitting your Saturdays between Old Trafford and the Glapharm, I'm certainly glad I don't have such a dilemma.

1 - spelling doesnt matter

2 - in terms of the quality of penalties yes it was not the greatest. BUT in terms of the drama, and the tension it was one of the greatest, since you are not a fan of those teams YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND where I am coming from with this individual shootout. YOU JUST CAN'T FACT! plus what do you expect from these guys they are not the premiership players that have been conditioned to the point of insanity where a diet pill can cause soo much fuss.

3 - again you don't - see point 2, not just about the penalties it is more about the nerves and the drama you have to support one of the 2 to get that if you are a neutral you can't understand that so you can't really have a legitimate comment on the shootout compared to that of a fan of one of the teams involved.

and I am a full fan for both - if you can't understand that then you must be an idiot but i will go into details

- I am from a manchester family so combine influences from them and my personal taste for football I ended up supporting united

- I was born in halifax (only cos my dad did not know the way to huddersfield hospital lol.gif ) and i gre up in huddersfield. as a result I became a huddersfield fan

Now I will admit. they were my 2nd team for a while. But in the penalty shootout to get into league 1. I realised just how much I cared so now I see them as an equal in terms of support and care to United. If they were to play united i would be kinda stuck suicidal.gif I will say this now. If huddersfield ever go up to the premiership I have no idea how i would celebrate it it would be like United winning the CL in 2008 - at least

and i did not see it til you pointed it out to me so don't jump to conclusions, nothing tactical about it - this is not football manager

and you must be pissed with allerdyce's style then - and same here for football manager (don't know why you mention that at all)

Plus i hate to admit this but I live in stoke (university needs) so going to the stadiums will be difficult logistically and not even taking into account that I am scared (as in proper phobia) of big crowds and have on more than 1 occassion fainted in a big crowd - i almost fainted when i went to the local for the manchester derby, could not move there it was that full. Think they call it demophobia, the latter bit was to give you an idea of how bad it can get. so.... yeah

Also Barry out of the England Squad with an injury, so Hodgeson swaps him for a defender. While I love Jags and think he should have been picked anyway, its a little strange...

So Sol Campbell is telling England fans to stay at home. I agree with him after watching the Sky Sports special report on hooligans in Ukraine; it seems really bad. They are all Nazi's so they will target dark skinned fans and there is a lot of racist abuse to the players.

Why the f*ck did they pick Ukraine to be a co-host of the Euros? confused.gif

It was BBC Panorama, but I'm being picky. But I do agree with him, Poland and Ukraine should not have this event.. but I forgot UEFA (FIFA's Lapdog) are in charge of the gig and they hate England, so they'll just say this program is us being bitter about the World Cup thing confused.gif

As for Hazard, I knew he'd sign for Chelsea this morning after I read this on the MUEN Website.

Apparently its a done deal,Edin Hazard to Chelsea as John Terry agrees terms with Hazards wife.

Its a complete joke. The behaviour by their so called fans is atrocious. I'm all for promoting football in foreign countries but if you act like that then you should have the tournament taken away from you. What's worse, the police don't even seem to care. They should be detaining the hooligans who have already threatend violence for the period of the Euros. Unfortunately, someones going to wind up dead as a result of this hooliganism and the matter of fact is, it could be prevented so easily.

Why does he keep talking in code? talk normally you arse.

Bags of talent and potential but so many players have crossed leagues and turned out to be not as good. Joe Cole looked classy for Lille.

4-2-3-1 with Torres with Mata and Hazard behind him, it could be possible Torres bag a decent tally of goals again.

Chelsea technically don't have a manager right? So who's signing these players?

It was between United and City then Chelsea sign one player and now it's between Chelsea and City biggrin.gif. I'm sure signing Kagawa will put you back in Dom's title race.

They've still got scouts and Chief Exec but no doubt Roman would be the most influential in the deal. Plus i reckon any manager wouldn't mind coming to a team with Hazard already there.

If Robben puts that pen away then Hazard would have deffo been at City, what a huge butterfly that was.

Never a good sign when the chairman is signing players.

Not really but if he was bringing in players when a manager was already in place then there's no stopping him when the club is currently without a manager tounge.gif. Would be funny if the new manager does't like him though.

35 million deal plus the 200K a week in wages when Chelsea are not currently making a profit, just shows how this FFP thing won't work. Not just Chelsea put all the big spenders in Europe. Can you really see UEFA kicking Barca and Madrid out of their tournament when they bring in massive sponsors for them.

He said "I'm signing for the champion's league winner", but he meant This years CL winner...

I wouldn't even want him at United. I've said that all along. I'd rather have Kagawa anyday.
