SIKKS66
Gah, I thought the Footy Desk was above this bullsh*t. It's September, people. Perspective. That Torres miss was f*cking funny though. Not as funny as Roberto Mancini coming out and saying Manchester City are short of midfield options. Haw haw. f*ck off Mancini, if you can't assemble a squad with the unlimited funds you have- and can have so much excess in some positions players like Bellamy and Adebayor need to be loaned out- it all points to one thing. Poor management.
FutebolAmor
£50 million well spent Coming from a guy with Mario Balotelli as his avatar!? Balotelli is good.....just a yappy c*nt...still good. EDIT: Plus he only cost half the price, and for the entertainment he gives us, worth it @Sikk: Bad management? First full season gets City into CL and wins trophy.....you know your stuff Edited September 19, 2011 by FutebolAmor

I can't take away from City players for their efforts but it's only that, Mancini is not a good manager. Beast squad with crappy manager doing well? shocking. SIKKS66
Also the same guy who wanted to twist the league laws a few seasons back to sign an "emergency keeper" because Given and Taylor were injured and he'd sent Hart out on loan. And his third choice wasn't good enough apparently. Poor management, poor planning. How can anyone justify spending the amount of money and bringing in the amount of players City do and then have the balls to say "oh, we need more midfielders". It's a joke. Stop talking sh*t and actually look at Mancini's achievements you f*ckin fat spastic. 3rd and 4th isn't special? yeah that's why several are fighting for and near enough every other club would relish the thought of finishing there. And a cup is a cup, all the sh*t we took about not winning one and then when we do win one "that cup isn't special". Actually that's not fair to people who have took the mick out of us because you are the only person I've heard say that cup "isn't special" showing clearly you know f*ck all about football. Seddo
4th, 3rd and 2nd aren't special, it's nothing. It's 1st or nothing, no one remembers losers. Of course those positions gain you entry to the Champions League and a decent sum of money but concerning the league, those position mean nothing come May. Saying the F.A cup is a silly competition is a bit daft though, two trips to Wembley if you get to the final and buzz it can give, every team would love to win it. Mancini is an idiot though. SweatyPa1ms
Mancini is a bit of a retard at times, despite his achievements (which in fairness are very respectable ). For example, bringing off Aguero yesterday when he was on for consecutive premier league hat-tricks . I feel bad when I do that on FIFA, is he mad? I'm sure Aguero will get over it but it was the wrong decision. He's in the form of his life... DONT INTERUPT HIM! All your clubs play great football, have a great heritage and you should be happy to watching such an entertaining league . I'd be worried if I was an Arsenal fan right now though. Defensively they are just shocking and Wenger looks like a wandering weasel who doesn't know what to do with himself. I still think they are gonna finish below 7th. I might even put a cheeky bet on them getting relegated, I hope they sort themselves out though. I cant imagine the premiership without Arsenal football . Money spent at the club means that hopes for ALL comps are high and pressure to win those games is huge, mainly on the manager. Aguero is probably the buy of the season and is needed, so keep him fit, bring him off whenever possible. He has no choice.

SIKKS66
Leeds tonight. Had the chance to go but I'm too skint Looking for a solid win, no f*ck ups like last time. Interested to see if Pogba plays, there's been a lot of talk about him starting tonight. I'd personally go something like: Lindegaard Fabio Smalling Jones Evans Valencia Carrick Pogba Anderson Giggs Macheda Wouldn't be too against some fringe players like Gibbo or youth guys like Morrison getting some game time over Carrick/Anderson. SIKKS66
Sweet Jesus, imagine if the first eleven had started? Good, solid half. Giggsy is pure sex and Owen is clinical. Diouf and Macheda been a bit annoying but the rest have been sound. Korean Messi Parky kicking ass too. Just want to see Pogba and Keane play, see how they fare. SIKKS66
3-0, good result. Will have a score to rub in the face of the Leeds fans I play 5 a side with and a Liverpool fan I know who bet on a 4-0 United win is sh*t out of luck Good debuts all round. Was a little shocked to see Gary Coleman playing for United though.
