SweatyPa1ms
OMG, I think i've just found the funniest thing i've ever seen Mick McCarthy do. You have to see it to believe it... What the f*ck is he doing!? ----- Just found an Alan Pardew classic aswell, check this out, I think he's been playing too much Call of Duty... ----- One more, Rafa Benitez showing why he's the sharpest waiter of all time... Tchuck
Well, Brazil beat Ghana 1-0. Ghana spent most of the game one man down, and it was already playing without Gyan, Ayew, Essien, Boateng... Not much glory there! Of course, people in Brazil are going crazy, saying that finally the team won, with an amazing display, beating the fierce ghanaian squad with Mano masterminding the victory with extreme tactical awareness. Which is simply bollocks. Awful performance from the team. Some players did stand out, like Marcelo (finally a good left back), Hulk really impressed me, looking for the game the entire time he played. Neymar, as usual, was a ghost. Played nothing. I don't know if Barcelona really are close to sealing the €60m for him, which is ridiculously overpriced. Rock on 2014. Can't wait for another Maracanazo! Canoxa
Mano masterminding the victory with extreme tactical awareness. Hulk's only problem is inconsistency. He has tremendous potential, and he has been working to maximize what he can take out of his abilities, especially in the mental plane. But there is one thing you can take for granted: Hulk is a fighter. He will never give up on a game, from start to finish.

I never rated him highly, but after that match I feel he deserves a spot in the national team. You are right, the dude is a fighter, he kept seeking the ball all over the pitch, while that bastard Neymar kept waiting for someone to hand him the ball. Seddo
Have you made Lucas Leiva captain yet Gustavo? if not get a move on... A bif of a snooze fest in our game, not a great deal of anything really happened. Got the 3 points which is all that matters i suppose. Wales haven't played to badly in the past couple of games, maybe Speedy is starting to work his magic. Edited September 6, 2011 by Seddo
SIKKS66
Lol @ people expecting beautiful, passing football with players like slow, crap Frank Lampard and Scott Parker (aswell as Milner AND Barry) being fielded.
T.Rez
England were pretty average. Although never really expected them to lose to Wales.

Der_Don
Szchesney really is one of the best keepers in the world , amazing performance tonight. Agreed! Outstanding performance yesterday. And he's only 21 years old I think. I don't get to see him on a regular basis but from what I've seen last night, Arsenal can be very happy to have such a gifted player. Whiskey
Ireland V Russia was pretty average. Ireland was getting hammered by Russia second half, but Richard Dunne and Shay Given were simply amazing and the two of them alone managed to keep it 0-0. Dunne took a right smack off the running track and he had no replacement jersey's so they wrote his number on with a marker. Lovely footwork from the Russians. SweatyPa1ms
Just found this on YouTube after reading about it on the BBC Sport Football gossip column. Its been branded as the worst penalty ever, with good reason too . Its easily as bad as that Robert Pires special from back in the day at Arsenal . JoeyLeone25
England have the quality to be great, but lack the fight and the passion of other sides and thats why we probably won't win a major tournament for another ten years at least. Don't get me wrong, Wales played good, solid football, but England should have won comfortably two or three nil, yet they lacked a certain drive and commitment. Once England stop saying "we're playing Wales lets coast this," and instead go into every game with a mentality reflecting that whether we're playing the best side in the world or the worst side in the world (according to FIFA rankings...) that a win and nothing less would be acceptable, England won't win anything. And, personally, I don't think this will change until we get in a new generation of England players because so far, to me, only one player (out of twenty-odd) represents this passion and that's Wayne Rooney. Der_Don
Serie A season starts today: Milan - Lazio. Usually I don't watch the Italian league, but with Miro Klose playing for Lazio now it's getting a bit more interesting. 2-2 after about 40 minutes and Klose scored the 0-1 for Lazio. Legend. King Kenny will guide them towards DOMINATION. watch out city, you haven't come up against Spearing yet I thought you were an Arsenal fan? He's absolutely sh*tting himself because the Arse are dropping out of Europe next season like we have just recently and it's going to be a long struggle to get back into it. What other reasons is there to comment with the same bullsh*t after every game? We twatted Stoke this afternoon, i say this every week but wank finishing and sh*te refs lost us the game. Still Stoke defended amazingly and really frustrated us.
