The money goes straight into their transfer kitty giving them the edge over smaller clubs in the market and over the corse of the season. Even if we go up, I'll still be against the idea... Pompey ended up winning 3-1 (Dindane, Utaka and Brown) and Wolverhampton's only goal came from a loose ball after Jamo had already made two amazing saves. If Fabio watches the replay, he'll know to take him to South Africa. Victory aside, it was our last home game in the Premier League for a while; however, who knows what Pompey could achieve next season. Just that belief amongst a number of your fans (one of whom I came across today in my United shirt... that was fun) that the title is wrapped up already. Kinda hoping that belief will slip through onto yer players and work against them. Maaah... clutching at straws ftw. Edit: Good to see United oldboy McClaren finishing the job at Twente btw. He should do a Hodgson and get a few contiental jobs and avoid the EPL for quite a while. I've always believed playing in/managing a foreign team improves you as a player/manager so hopefully one day he'll come back vastly more experienced and ready to prove his doubters wrong. Thought we coulda finished fourth but I suppose Tottenham and City were the better teams in the end. Hope we can do well in the Europa League not like our last campaign. Looking forward to the new A-League season down here is Australia aswell. We've got a new team here in Melbourne that looks pretty exciting. There headquarters is at the Uni I go to. Seeing as our league is only about 5 years old, I have really gotten behind the original team here in Melbourne, so I reckon I'll end up following the new team. They've got a game lined up against Everton actually around June sometime. Should be pretty good to go watch. We don't get too many quality sides coming down here.
