Call for gang back up?

I'm sure a lot of you have noticed this xbox/playstation achievement/trophy, think it will ever be implemented into the game? Then again if they are as 'reliable' as Merryweather (edit: Mercenaries) who cares.

Got my first tank kill in a jet the other night, 2/2 passes with the machine gun, envy all those that have been doing this a while. Set a bounty on his ass so I could find him easier, then the stupid idiot jumps into a mates car who also had a bounty, got that one as well. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it
