WHY DO GTA IV FEELS BETTER TO PLAY THAN GTA V ?

GTA V lacks realistic steak. That's why GTA IV is better.

 

So just because a game's more realistic it's better?I'm not sure if you're familiar with the "realistic steak" gag that's been around this forum since GTA IV's release, but I was more or less taking the piss.

 

Although I do think GTA IV is genuinely better.

I have to disagree with the 3 leaf clover thing. All you did was shoot, and that's mostly like every other mission in IV. In V you could set up the heist the way you want, and hire people that you want to use. Besides it's more, and the actions a lot better.

The graphics for IV on PC are better if they're modded.

It might objectively have more content, but that doesn't make it objectively better. See the thing what you and others that think GTA IV is somehow completely void of fun can't seem to get through your heads is it comes down to individual taste. Apart from the customising GTA V feels it wants to rope me in to play tennis, golf, watch movies etc which don't get me wrong are nice additions to the game, but I play a GTA game to be a criminal which I think is done fairly weak in GTA V when you consider it's played through multiple protagonists rather than one.

 

It really doesn't matter if it has more vehicles, weapons, a bigger map etc. Whenever I try to play GTA V I always get a hollow and sour feeling no matter how hard I try to ignore it. I don't get a feeling like that when playing GTA IV despite that it doesn't have as many features. What does that tell you?

I think the character wheel system would work better on GTA TBoGT when changing from Niko to Johnny or Luis to make their missions according to the "The Possible Trinity" thread timeline or play a cross mission with the perspective from one of them, the best part is one character wouldn't be "kawaii friend" with another, it would make the swapping character system more subtle. I think it's better than switching characters all the time in a mission, but it would work fine at Libertonian ice exchange mission.

 

We could be able to play with Niko/Johnny perspective since they're on the same team and switching to Johnny to make him escape the museum after escaping with Niko, it's logical since Johnny even comments about the massacre Niko has done on his way out of the museum, or we could go to the mission marker with "the best HD character ever" and play the mission on Luis perspective only. It would be genial if a switch character system like that would be implemented on TBoGT. Someone should make a mod like this for TBOGT. o/

To me GTA 4 has the worst ever story line so far where Niko just ready to do anything for money and money is his first and last motive . I saw him taking mission to capture couple pic and dumb the dead body of jeff 's wife for 5 grand . Where is the story line .He is just working and asking for money .GTA SA has far better story line where it is not just shown that CJ is a money seaker person only. He worked for a cause . Not begging anyone money like Niko do . That shows emotionless and strange approch of Niko unlike CJ .

I hate to be like Niko but as am the gamer who love to play GTA but forced to play with such a character ;I dont have any other option.
