i guess they put this in when they turned off double points. i just noticed the game takes money out of the linked bank account instead of money on hand. the days of not paying insurance with a second character are finally over.

wat it's always taken money from the bank, not your hand. That's why you would withdraw all your money on your first character so it would be in your hand, then you'd go to the 2nd character with no money and blow sh*t up.

I don't exactly see the problem. If it takes everything from bank, if your second character puts it all in their pocket,.then there's nothing on the bank.

Not to sure this is new either. It's always good to have some cash on you because to call things in you need cash in hand I believe.
