Bounty on your head: What do you do?

Franceska

Imagine, you stole a random NPC car and got a $9000 bounty on you.

  1. 1. What would you do in this situation?

    • Take my personal vehicle out and drive around the city.
    • Steal a random NPC car and drive around the city.
    • Get a helicopter / airplane / jet and go airborne.
    • Get a submarine and dive to the bottom.
    • Hop on the train.
    • Glitch into a building and hide.
    • Breach into a wall and hide.
    • Glitch into Passive Mode.
    • Parachute into the IAA building.
    • Go into Invite Only session.
    • Go into Crew / Friends session.
    • Go into Closed Friends session.
    • Go into Solo Session.
    • Go to Single Player.
    • Call Pegasus for my tank.
    • Send Rockstar a ticket asking them to remove the bounty feature.
    • Go onto the forum and complain about it.
    • Stay in my apartment until the 48 minutes are over. (Didn't this return?)
    • Let others have my $9000 bounty.
    • Let a friend have my $9000 bounty.
    • I start up a mission before someone claims the bounty.
    • I don't do anything special and carry on with what I was doing.
    • I fight for it.
    • I let the lowest rank claim it.
    • Other: State as a post.

Imagine you stole a random NPC car, and got a $9000 bounty because of it. And you're being hunted by people. What do you do?

Edit: Updated the poll with some options I forgot. Excusez-moi.

1 quick fix to the poll: Stay in my apartment until the 48 minutes are over option

Staying in apartment with a bounty stops the bounty timer,so thats useless if you want to get rid of it either way

Go to the nearest player so they can kill me and get rid of the bounty OR if I feel like annoying people, sit in a glitch.

I just go about my normal business, but If there's anyone near me (or comes to me) I'll just get out my car, stand still and salute, letting them kill me.

Lol @ "Go on the forum and complain about it" option.

I just make people chase me until they get it, or I sometimes let them have it because I don't feel like escaping.

Couldn't vote. Is there no option for other? or specifically "Don't do anything different" I just continue to play. It's dawg eat dawg in LS be it with a bounty or a normal white dot.

Just do my normal sh*t, but I know that if someone is heading in my direction, it's to try to get that bounty

Go to the unfinished section of the subway and play hide & go seek with guns and sticky bombs or I let a friend claim the bounty.

Thought that was a "bug" and was recently returned.

You do

Yeah, I saw that video but if it's not someone you know, you wouldn't have time to do that.

I fight for my life. You sure as hell wont be getting a bounty put on me easily, no matter how much its worth.

I either try to fly away and live or take my chances on a train. If I get killed for the bounty, I say "fair game. Enjoy the extra cash", and move on. :^:

depends on my mood

1. find the lowest rank and let them have it

2. kill any one who comes near me or looks like their coming near me or just happens to be in the same lobby

3. go invite only and do gang attacks for a hour

4. hide in my apartment and send messages to people saying if they come to me they can have the bounty

and then let them walk into an ambush of my crew

5. something else that takes my fancy

If I have a bounty on my head nobody is going to take it. I can easily fend people off for the 48 minutes. Usually I like to get myself a jet and taunt people but lately nobody wants my bounty anymore so I just drive around normally, doing my every day GTA things, except one time where some guy got a Luxor and crashed into my car and he blew up and I got the kill and kept driving. Good times.

It depends. If I feel like playing, I'll put up a good chase using a combination of land, sea, and air vehicles. I have a planned route that I use that drives people nuts: drive to the pier, take a jet ski through the tunnels the helipads, take a chopper to the airport, take a plane to the fort, parachute out and steal a Lazer, destroy all the enemy aircraft buzzing around town, fly back to the pier and parachute out, take a jetski to the helipads, repeat ad nauseum.

Other times, when I don't feel like going through all that rigamaroo, I'll just walk down the middle of the street until someone kills me.

Diedler Sachs gallaria used to be my sniper nest, too.

Make sure you put a sticky bomb to the ladder or steps closest to where you set up.

When someone grabs a jet and flies off, I usually call for my Buzzard and loiter on the roof of the Maze Bank tower in case they fly their jet back over the city.

Why waste all that real-life time only to end up with an extra $1,000 - 9,000??

I peacefully walk around until someone claims it, then after I die I go passive and walk away like nothing happened.

I have no idea. If I have a bounty on my head, I just let a friend claim it, or keep doing missions and eventually forget about it.

The billionaire days were the best bounty days.

If you vote for the last option. I kindly expect you to state your reason. If you fail to do so, your vote is meaningless.

Killzone3265

i drive around a bunch of people to gain some followers, then call up a vestra and try getting to it without being killed

its pretty fun hearing the reactions to the bounty hunters seeing their prize fly away lol

Go to the mountain near the tank spawn at the race track. I let them get up with me and dominate them 20-0 before they go passive mode and leave, or until someone snipes me.

If friends/crew are nearby they can take my bounty.

If not I'll find somewhere to ambush potential wannabe bounty hunters, I make them work for the money.

There is a prime location at the construction site across from Mors that people always overlook. From there you can take out incoming aircraft and players on the street without a problem. Plus it provides great cover if someone does happen to realize where I am.
