hydra vs laser jet

Hydra is on its own level, I saw it on the 2nd trailer of GTA V a while ago so they might release it..................................

You dont know how Hydra would be in V,since Rockstar hasnt given any vehicles lock-ons to players,i guess Hydra would be a flying hovercraft desperately trying to aim below most of the time

Hydra. Because its got something the Lazer will never have.

 

Flares...and lock-on missiles that rarley miss, supersonic-like speeds, and can hover in place.

Lazer should be faster & can outrun the Hydra, but the Hydra can hover... this ladies & gentleman, is the only difference.

It's 2 different generations. Both on different game engines. If they ever add the Hydra in V then we I think it will behave way different that the old one.

But a hydra would be sick against tank griefers. Imagine hovering the hydra above a tank or vs againt a jet. the hydra will be in the game when they make las ventrus map with area 51 since it is in the trailer

On the trailer you see hydra chasing after the jet even when the game is loading you can see the the laser jet and behind it you see the hydra. Looks lile two diffrent planes. Even though its two diffrent generation why would they take the hover option from the hydra thats what makes it unique and diffrent from the laser jet

The Hydra doesn't have an explosive cannon like the Lazer. a Lazer could easily atomize a Hydra, especially if they just hover all the time.

 

I'd use both though if I had the option.

A VTOL fighter would be great as it will be more accurate against ground target when required,this would be perfect

ability to hover (easy landing)
wimpy as hell

 

Lazer
Lock on/dumb fire missiles (only get 2 before reloading) + miniguns

no hovering (harder to land)

It does'nt really matter if its german,indian or whatever coz all modern mbt are pretty much similar in terms of capabilities,but for fighter jets,we will do best with either a vtol fighter or an apache or they could fix the buzzard to lock on to tanks

If we take into account the physics of each gaming generation, Hydra, hands down. If we pretend they're equal competitors of the same era, of course it's the Lazer.

 

I think we could say that about almost any comparison of SA and V.

I'd rather they introduce a third firing option so rockets could just go straight and not lock onto anything. I hate the lock-on in every situation except when there is exactly one helicopter in front of me and nothing is on the ground that needs to die - which is never.

The hydra should only have double heat seeking rockets and flairs, but with no cannons like the lazer, to keep the lazer useful.

we already have the buzzard to hover above and shoot straight down provided you have a gunner.

 

the hydra does not shoot straight down, can't you realize that the hydra hovering shoots exactly the same way a tank does, with blind spots above and below. it wouldn't be effective against the tank, it would be a sitting duck.

if the hydra has range and angle to hit the tank it's in the tank's range too.

 

you all can call me dumb or whatever you like. i'm not the one who's demanding more stuff with the old excuse it would help against tanks.

 

GTAF should have posting limits for certain words like "Tank" and "Cash Cards", at the end of the day it's all we discuss.
