Problem with car insurance

My car was destroyed by some player and whenever i call mors mutual, they dont answer. But when i call my mechanic it just says their its destroyed... Any tips on how to retrieve my car?

Try logging off, then log back in to GTAO and phone Mors again to see if that makes any difference. If not do like Aesthetic said.

Was this a car that was stolen off the street and placed in your garage? If so then I'd be willing to bet that the car wasn't insured, and only had a tracker.
