Anyone watch classic car rescue on channel 5. It's two guys who buy cars and do them up to sell. It's similar to wheeler dealers.

I'm not sure whether this is better suited to the TV section. Unfortunately much of what is done on these shows is bodging IMO and I find it often rather dumbed down. I also have yet to find one where I can stand the presenter. I quite liked the C4 one with the bloke who plays Gene Hunt when he was rebuilding the Escort Mexico rally car but that was too focused on history really.

you mean "for the love of cars" yeah that's good, and nope don't watch OP's program. Though @sivispacem wheelerdealers is good, though if you don't like the host I don't blambe you haha, wheeler dealers (program) don't do a bodged job rly do they?

Yeah Wheeler Dealers always seem to do a proper job.

In the early days they had a lower budget and would not restore the car completely (only what was practical and reasonable), but whatever they covered they always did right.

Edd China annoys the sh*t out of me. Plus the job they did of that RX7 a few weeks ago was utterly sinful:

Oh wow, it looks like something from Pimp My Ride. I haven't seen the latest series of Wheeler Dealers so my opinions may be dated.

I always thought Edd China was a pretty good presenter.

I must admit I don't actually mind the bodykit on the RX-7; well, if it were on a proper, stripped-out track racer, anyway (it does need a pop-up light delete though). But the tie-dyed BBS LM replicas, snakeskin mirrors and stupid wrap are...well, hideous.

I agree completely, I quite like the bumper-mounted headlights but the paint/decals combo went out of fashion once everyone had completed Need for Speed Underground. It surprises me because they have always criticised this sort of modification in previous episodes, maybe it's good for the viewing figures.
