Does any one know how to give a friend a car ?

They patched that up in the last update. Which is lame. You'd have to know how to glitch cars in I bet.

Actually, I give away cars frequently.

One method I use is the "spawn in only" method, which is used specifically for the Romero Hearse. When I take that puppy out, I pick up a player and deliver them to a new one at the church.

They spawn extremely rarely online, like once every six billion years, so to those in the know, it's a treat.

Also, I'll pick up a low level player in a street-grade Lampadati Felon GT or a Baller v2 and take then to LSC where I'll customize it for them and give them the keys to go put the insurance on or sell or whatever.

There are ways to do it, but limited, I'm afraid.

Pretty sure as soon as you mod it they cannot drive it into LSC again.

Yeah they patched the ability to mod cars for other players. I'm level 88, and my buddy is only 35, he wanted the sandrail conversion Rebel, so I made it for him, full engine, brakes, etc etc. Spent like 200k on this thing, and then when he got in it and tried to take it into LSC it told him "Vehicle has been modded by another player."

 

I use to do this all the time. Heck when I was level 50 and wanted the Victory tip style exhaust for my Futo, a friend of mine did that for me and it was fine.

Yes you can't gift cars anymore though I did read somewhere there is a way to trick the game

into thinking you've not done the mods but I wouldn't know where to find it anymore.
