Mission time or distance limits?

Is there any time or distance limit in contact missions to finish the mission? I am so sick of the free-roam cops, I would like to have some fun with NPCs in the missions especially RR, since I farm that a lot. So, is there any limits or restriction in terms of how long you can take to complete the rooftop rumble mission or how far you can go from the initial building or the yellow dot that you need to attack?

Why not create a deathmatch with an hour limit and go nuts.

Chopper tail has a time limit if you let the helicopter land and arnt on the hill yet and judging the jury has a time limit after you kill the first round of jurors.

Most Gerald missions dont pay well but the cops are set to off so you don't have to worry about them and no time limit. That's how I got my strength up.
