Why don't rockstar add all cars to be available for purchase?

Like they should add all cars in the game... Instead of slowly putting more cars on the in game website I still can't wait until the benefactor Schafter is added for purchase on the sanandreasautos website.

i think it would ruin the appeal of some cars. also any "rare" car can be found pretty easily...look it up online...refresh your sessions a few times and it's usually there. I actually get disappointed it's so easy sometimes

I guess some players like rarity in their vehicles. If anything, I think R* should remove most of the cars from the in-game websites. Add some of the vehicles that are exclusive to single player into the websites like Franklin's buffalo, Trevor's ATV, and some more neat vehicles like that.

Along with these other responses about it turning into just Grand Auto I'd say it opens up the option to remove Insurance and be forced to buy every car and never save one again...

Except you've been able to claim cars as your own ever since III. The addition of insurance was a MUST to make it possible for cars to be kept as your own in online. You know why.

Although, I don't know why there's in game websites to buy cars in a game about stealing, I liked import/export in GTA SA.

I like the idea, but R* is going to need some of our GTA $...so the tracker and the insurance should cost the price they are currently on the website.

What they need to do is fix the car spawning system... I hate running into 6 of the same cars lined up at a stoplight. There's almost no diversity in street vehicles in this game, yet there's maybe a hundred vehicles I never see spawn on the streets.

It goes against the whole "Grand Theft Auto" part of the tittle...No it doesn't. That has been the reply throughout this thread and its wrong because you can still steal and store all the non premium cars that are on the website.

 

Real car theives steal cars for profit or to joy ride not to keep. This whole it wouldnt be GTA bullsh*t is just that bullsh*t. Personally I could care less if a car is rare and have better things to do then spend hours upon hours looking for a car I want.
