Broker/Dukes-Most Underrated areas in HD universe LC

Broker is my favourite part of LC for sure! Hove Beach is amazing, probably my favourite area in all GTA.

It sucks it was taken from us though.

That's why I played it again few years back and never start the mission to kidnap Roman, I'm at 97% completion with Jim alive and the Clubhouse xD

Back to IV, I'd say PX apartment. Pool, big TV, the outfit, outdoor area with a jacuzzi, great view of Midtown, Alderney City and Northwood Heights, the internet is an elevator ride away, pay n spray is very close, subway is around the corner, quick access to Bohan via Northwood Heights bridge, Union Drive West entrance and from there easy access to the whole city and Alderney.

Definitely the most convenient safehouse in the game.

Playboy X's safehouse was the best.

Having the pool table, and the balcony and getting Claude's Outfit along with the place was the best.

And also, because it was the only safehouse in the game that you didn't automatically get, it felt more exclusive than the Algonquin Penthouse.

I hadn't thought of that. Good point.

Also, unlike Bohan, there are very seldom any cops nabbing perps. This was a problem a few times when I had a police vehicle stored outside of the Bohan safehouse, as the cops would drive off in it after loading the prisoner in the back seat.

Still, Hove Beach was my favorite. Like Bohan or Alderney, it could be entered fluidly, without an unseen elevator ride (I know: you can enter the PBX safehouse via the fire escape). In the Middle Park East safehouse, I would sometimes trigger the elevator when trying to turn right toward the bedroom area, when I had just entered. For this reason, I prefer an apartment that can be entered without breaking flow.

Hove Beach had the advantage over Bohan as regards the issue mentioned above (as well as not having the street preacher), and over Alderney in that, if I had two vehicles parked outside Alderney, one would often disappear. But, of course, you don't get to remain there throughout the game, so, while I liked it the most, I can't really say Hove Beach was the best safehouse.

Trying to get out of the parking spot in front of Middle Park East without damaging the car can require some waiting when traffic is heavy. This, coupled with the unintended elevator rides previously mentioned, excludes this safehouse.

So, I'd have to agree with many here that the PBX safehouse was the best. Pool table (making it the only safehouse you can take a date without being creepy), proximity to armor, Pay and Spray, and subway, plus relative ease in getting a taxi, and a pretty much central location, all come together to make it a very useful place.
