Random Black Smiley Face Heart on my brothers chest.

A few hours ago I hopped on to play some capture games that I made, and noticed in the lobby that he had this big black heart plastered on his chest, with a super happy smiley face in it. Like anime styled super happy face like this almost

The weird thing is, I asked him about it, he had no idea. He couldn't even see it, I had to take a picture of the screen with my phone and send it to him. Has anyone else ever seen or heard of this? This is the first time for me and my brother and neither one of us can seem to find a single thing about it. I had to sign up to this just to see if I could find an answer. If anybody could help us solve this mystery that would be greatly appreciated.
