I was at the beach when I saw a towel that says I love vc(vice city?)

I've heard it referenced by Npc's before as well, I'm sure who ever owned the towel got it at a store in Vice City, the beach's are probably way nicer there except there's no muscle beach and there's probably less roid heads dead lifting 700 pounds.
