Quick Joining doesn't let you avoid them. if Rockstar would let us filter out custom jobs they wouldn't be a problem,.

Report the job. It won't stop people making them, but R* might remove them. Better than nothing.

Childish creations like that simply get tons of plays and professional creations get a lot less plays.
