I think he is referring to when all players are placed in an unarmed DM where they cannot get out of a small area. He then stands on a container thats loaded with weapons and blasts the crap out of them.

 

Last night I hit a 16 kill streak in a DM and was getting 1000 RP per kill. It adds up very quickly.
