I don't know about stat wise, but the Habanero is the better looking of the two. The Serrano's sides are f*cking ugly as sin.

The Habanero isn't ugly, but the braking stat is.

Habanero is one of the lamest vehicles in the game in my opinion. I wouldn't say it's ugly but it isn't especially nice looking either, and it's a bore to drive. On the upside, I doubt many people would be trying to take it during missions.
