I'm fine with them adding it. I see it as the more weapons the better. That being said though, there already is a lot of pistols and I would much rather see them give us different weapons like a flame thrower, katana, chain saw, machete, and possibly a lazer gun (not to get too saints row or anything, but maybe it could be a piece of stolen alien tech we get along with the jet pack). It would be bad ass if the lazer could actually saw cars in half. Another thing I really miss about SA is the ability to go up behind somebody, grab them by their hair and slit their throat. I would be really happy if that made a return as a new animation or if we could cut peoples heads off with a machete or sword and hack them to death los zetas style would be great. Poison darts would be another new weapon to add, shoot the person and watch them freak out and die all f*cked up and slow as other peds gather around. Also fiber wire so we can agent 47 people silently.

Yes The more firearms the better. I would be stoked if once they filled the gun store up they made it so you could buy different guns from warstock.com

I don't know why they don't just release the Glock in the DLC. The game was clearly advertised to have it. They've just been releasing these rubbish-looking pistols. The SNS pistol - what is that small piece of sh*t all about ? And have you seen that new pistol from the Business Update pack ? It's a swampy-green colored Colt M1911 with what looks like a camel's hump, it's looks like some silly toy gun.

I heard that artwork doesn't have anything to do with the game. But I was kind of let down when I saw that the 1911 wasn't in the game though my Fav pistol that.

Well it's something I've learned now with GTA that's for sure. I really thought we would see both the Glock and 1911 after seeing both of them in the artwork. The same way you feel about the 1911, the same way I feel about the Glock. The Glock was almost all I ever used in GTA IV+EFLC.

Well it's something I've learned now with GTA that's for sure. I really thought we would see both the Glock and 1911 after seeing both of them in the artwork. The same way you feel about the 1911, the same way I feel about the Glock. The Glock was almost all I ever used in GTA IV+EFLC.

Well, it was my favorite pistol in those games aswell! The sound coupled with the minimum damage(enemies always stagger after each bullet impact), made me use that weapon alone on some missions.

not bad. Currently I play through the main story and the last missions are very difficult only with a pistol when your enemies have such heavy firepower (free aim). I use the Uzi then, the sound is amazing too, much better than in V

I want to remove that f*cking stun gun. It is bad we not able to trade/drop weapons (in SP) and put your weapons wheel to blank.

Definitely bro. The sound of the Uzi sounds much better in IV than it does in V. In IV it's got a continuous and thunderous, clattering sound that's so crisp and clear. I still get a shock whenever a gang members surprisingly pulls one out and fires it at me. The gunshot sounds in V do not pack as strong a punch .

There's already like a million pistols in this game. I'd love to see a speargun. It kind of sucks when you're being attacked by a shark and your only defense is a little knife which has a one in a trillion chance of actually working.

I actually like the Berreta M92F, it just has a feeling to it. I use it once in a while to deliver a good blow to the head because boy it just feels so... satisfying.

Wanna know what I want? All this stupid "slang" in games to jump out of the window and never come back. It's not a "clip", the weapon you're firing isn't an "assault" rifle, and just because a rifle has a scope on it doesn't mean you tack on the word "sniper" on it.

 

Come on devs, step your game up.

A glock is just a glock man, why would you want another, really wish I could drop the SNS, Vintage and combat pistol in single player. IMO, the only acceptable handgun would be a revolver or magnum, something that actually offered some gameplay variety.

 

And man, that IV SMG looks so wack, I remember being dissapointed first time I saw it a few years back, doesnt even look like a real gun, but was still a pretty fun gun.

I agree with there being too many pistols in game, but that is because of the DLC's we have gotten. without the updates, and special edition of V the only pistols we would have in game are the Normal pistol, Combat pistol, and AP pistol. Now with the DLC's, we have gotten stupid and ugly ass pistols like (OFC) the SNS pistol, vintage pistol, and the heavy pistol. The only pistol I am bothered to have rampages with are the normal, combat, and AP Pistol

Yes, it would be nice if they added it for us, it is modeled on the police officer's duty belt so it shouldn't be hard to make it work. hey, this game is supposed to be realistic, just because R* adds a gun doesn't mean you have to buy it. Criminals irl have various handguns and assault weapons readily available for them. If this game is really Grand Theft Auto, they should make the glock available. We All are criminals in this game so we should have as much hardware available to us like real life criminals.
