Wear Pilot's Headset Glitch(Old 1 Patched)

-Wear Pilot's Headset at all times.(as a hat)

(The Old method has been patched)(REVISED)

Requires:"Spawn Location" MUST be set to "Last Location".

~Once in an "Online Session" hold "Select/Back" to open your "Interactive Menu" and go to "Inventory and set "Hat", "Glasses", "Mask", and "Helmet" to "None",

~Now head to ANY Airport/helicopter location(Map \/ BELOW \/),

~Then you MUST acquire an Air Vehicle, either an Airplane or Helicopter,

~Once inside of the airplane/helicopter hold "Select/Back" to open your "Interaction Menu" and go to "Inventory" and NOW choose the "Glasses" you wish to wear,

(If you wish to wear "None" then pick ANY "Glasses" close the "Interactive Menu" and then re-open it and set the "Glasses" back to "None".)

~Then once you have set the "Glasses" the way you wish them to be you need to press "R2/RT" to accelerate and take off, get airborne,
~Now press "Start" to pause the game and go to "Online" and choose "Find New Session"

~Then once you spawn back in a new "Online Session" you WILL be wearing the "Pilot's Headset" you were wearing inside of the airplane/helicopter,

~Now to make sure it has saved you can simply hold "Select/Back" to open your "Interaction Menu" and go to "Inventory">"Parachute" and turn it "On",

~Then repeat it, hold "Select/Back" to open your "Interaction Menu" and go to "Inventory">"Parachute" and turn it "off",

~Once the little yellow/gold save circle has come and gone then it has saved,

~Enjoy!

Tips:
~The headset will remain unless you put on a(or change your) ANY Clothing, at ALL.

~Finishing some missions(Rooftop Rumble) inside of a vehicle(at the objective location WILL remove your Headset and require you to do the entire glitch over again.

~You can make sure that your character still has the headset on by going to "Swap Characters" and seeing if your character is still wearing the headset.

This happens to me at random. If I finish Rooftop Rumble, or another mission by landing my Buzzard on the waypoint, my character sometimes will have the pilot headset instead of my normal hat. Also, sometimes if I'm in a chopper and it gets destroyed my character will respawn with the headset on.

This happens all the time to me when i fly a helicopter. My character has kept it on for weeks at a time. It's happened since online first started but before he would wear hats he didn't own and switch them daily but now it's just the headset.

Me either i had a problem a while back where it was glitched to my char and no matter what i did i couldn't remove it, I tried everything and nothing work it irked me to the tenth degree then i came online one day and it was gone

The Amour keeps re-equpting itself even in free-roam when i don't have any amour on and if i change session and i have removed it prior to changing session it'll requit itself whenever i change session or come online it's very annoying

What is crazy is that they have patched every single method so far, I don't understand what is SOOO horrible about the headset. You can NO LONGER simply die in a chopper, or swap characters, or change sessions, or start a mission, or quit a mission, I tried all day and I finally found this method. I just wonder how long it will last, what I thought was "hmm, Creator(BETA) is new maybe they haven't removed its ability to do the Pilot's Headset Glitch" and viola it hadn't, lol. What I think R* is doing is sitting back and fixing the smallest easiest fixes and the ones that we like the most, as well as(of course) the ones that make uber money, instead of actually you know making the game better or even just doing as they said and leaving the fun glitches alone.

Is anyone else have ANY problems/trouble with the "-Wear Pilot's Headset at all times." Glitch?

If so, could you please answer the following answers \/ BELOW \/ to help me solves the issues.

About 99% of the people are having NO issues at all and are getting this Glitch to work the 1st time every time.

 

-What is the problem?

-What gaming console are you using(PS3 or Xbox360)?

-Did you remove you Hat, Mask, and Helmet BEFORE you got into the Helicopter right?

-Are you using any "Mask/Helmet,Glasses,&Hat" Glitches"?(Ex."-New Easy Hat/Helmet, Glasses, & Mask Glitch:(NOW Permanent)".)

-Once you are in the Helicopter is you Character wearing the Pilot's Headset?

(NOW is the time to put on the "Glasses" you want to wear with the "Pilot's Headset", they are the only other head wear you can wear with the "Pilot's Headset".)

~Now head to ANY helicopter location(Map \/ BELOW \/),

 

~Then when you are in an helicopter press "Start" to pause the game,

~Now go to "Online" and choose "Content Creator".

~The once "Content Creator" loads press "Start" to pause the game and go to "Online"

(You will notice that the options in "Online" are like in SP.)

~Now choose "Play GTA Online" and then highlight "Invite Only Session"(but DO NOT select it yet, if you want to go to an "Invite Only Session".)

~Then press "Up" on the D-pad and then "Down" and NOW select "Invite Only Session",

~Now once you spawn back in an "Online Session" you WILL be wearing the "Pilot's Headset" you were wearing inside of the Helicopter,

 

~Enjoy!

Note that this will screw up you bike helmets. I had mine stay on after blowing up the chopper in 'Last Chopper Outta LS'.

What does it do? The Helmet does not remove the Pilot's Headset?

I have added a few steps with the help of HugeDimaR to help insure that the Pilot's Headset sticks on your Character;

 

-1st-You MUST set your "Spawn Location" to "Last Location", and this MUST be started in an "Open Free-Roam" "Online Session".

 

-2nd-You MUST start this glitch in an "Open Free-Roam" "Online Session".

 

and

No it shouldn't, the only way it should revert is if you change your hat or mask

Can anyone say if this still works at all, or if there's any other way to do this? I assume there is, because one of my friends has this headset as part of a stored outfit. Yet every time I get in a helicopter, I auto-equip the flight helmet. I've tried it with auto show flight helmet to both on and off, seems to make no difference.

 

If anyone can let me know how to do this, I'd appreciate it.

Yes, I did this a few days back to get it- set spawn to last location, get in an aircraft that uses the headset, I used the swift but I believe the luxor also works. Whilst in the aircraft open the interaction menu and change parachute(I believe this saves the game) then select swap character and re select the character you are currently using. At this point your current character should be modelling the headset during the police line up. Once your back in the game you should now be wearing it. I learnt this after watching a youtube video which I can no longer find to reference.
